    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @TalkTalk #talktalk just to say your customer service is atrocious! My elderly vulnerable dad has no landline as there is a fault on the line and you won't check it and help because I'm not the account holder??!! Apparently 3 emails sent to me to provide poa..yet nothing received

    @TalkTalk hi, moved house recently & should have had Internet up set up yesterday. I rang to check yesterday afternoon and was assured Internet would be working by midnight. It's still not working this morning and I'm working from home on Monday...please can someone help.

    @TalkTalk How, in this environment, @TalkTalk do you leave people with no broadband for weeks and then when you find your error tell us it can't be fixed till Monday? How is that customer service? It should be fixed today.

    @TalkTalk Your organisation is an actual joke. It's been 4 weeks and we still have no internet. We've been passed from person to person for days now, promised a call back that never comes. I'm actually disgusted at the treatment we've received. You're a waste of time.

    @TalkTalk It boils down to "We had a fixed price contract for a fixed term. But we're not honouring it because we have spent some money. So you can speak to our cancellations team" When is a fixed price guarantee not fixed? With talktalk.

    @TalkTalk Make it so my wifi isn't running so slow, I'm paying £28 a month for it and despite my PlayStation saying the wifi is at 70mbs it feels slower than when I first had it installed
