@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@GeoffreyDWest @Twitter @TalkTalk I am sure most people would have known what you meant. I have the greatest problems with simple statements & forms. I read too much into them. I really miss hard copy instructions for electrical products with the technical details. Without them I feel as though I'm in a fog.

.@TalkTalk "No mid contract price rises for the duration of your contract - guaranteed." Also @TalkTalk "Thanks for being a loyal TalkTalk customer" - *increases price by 10% 6 months into an 18 month contract* - How is this acceptable? New customers are charged less??

@TalkTalk Doubt you will be able to help. I've been ringing nearly everyday and still no help. Apparently I'm the one who needs to chase the fraud department who don't answer there calls or pick up any emails. Absolutely horrendous service!!

@TalkTalk yet again more issues. Upgraded to super fibre which we later learnt that we are too far from the cabinet for it to actually work. 10 days later when we think we are going back to our old package told it will take another 2 weeks?! I work from home! This is unacceptable
