@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

  • doughbakesworld Lee Coleman (@doughbakesworld) reported from Penzance, England

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

  • doughbakesworld Doughbakes World (@doughbakesworld) reported from Penzance, England

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

Part3 @TalkTalk it is up to your provider to fix any repairs So unfortunately because OpenReach are incapable of doing their job correctly I need an engineer to come out and fix the issue with the telephone wires and internet signal…..

  • DavidStephenMo1 🇬🇧🚕David M 🚕🇮🇱 (@DavidStephenMo1) reported

@TalkTalk It’s been over a week since my landline cannot receive phone calls, & twice engineers were meant to fix the fault. Yesterday I have wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for you to fix the fault to no avail. Would you care to explain for this appalling service? 😡😡

@TalkTalk @Google 18. A Miracast Alliance document dated 2015 (which I told TT about) explains that manufacturers should ensure that, if a device is not Mirocast enabled (and therefore won't go online) it shoudn't indicate WiFi failure, security issues or give a blank screen (but my PC does).

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

.@Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (& on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong. Why?

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google There are a lot of TT customers & others who have had the same problems as me. Even TT & Openreach Technicians can't understand what the problems are. We all need proper written instructions & a list of technical terms & abbreviations (all of which I found with Google's help).

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google 4. My TalkTalk Super Router Network name had been coming up twice. TT said anyone can call a private router ANY name they like (EVEN MY TT NAME) &, if I clicked on it by mistake, they would see everything on my device, so TT sent me a new super router of the same model....

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google 8. This took me to another page, which also looked completley different. The first time it asked for the WiFi password & other times it asked for my email address & password. My chromebook showed my Network name & "Proxy" "WiFi Direct". I told TalkTalk about this many times....

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk 1/ In February my brother-in-law gave me a HP printer that didn't work on his new HP PC. When I rang HP for help to connect by USB, they told me to download the Google Wi-Fi App (I couldn't find the HP one). I did this on a Samsung smartphone without a sim, which my son gave me..

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google 11.Over the Xmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.
