  @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

  @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

  @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

  @TalkTalk I have tried livechat today. Cut off twice. Called but couldn’t tell us when engineer would come. Told to call openreach. Call openreach who tell you to call your service provider re any fault. Call TalkTalk again and catch someone just before 7pm so they cut us off. Good hey!

  @TalkTalk hi, my parents renewed their contract with you a few months ago, part of the deal was a free gift of some Alexa products, but they have not heard anything since on how to claim these, can you help?

  @netgemtv Netgem via TalkTalk, the remote is poor not comfortable keys not spaced out and no user guide to what all the buttons do. Sound is poor, no PVR only 1 tuner, often programs clash, interface looks ok but it is just a revamp of the channel 100 freeview play guide.

  @TalkTalk customer service team incompetent. Being transferred from customer services to retention, billing, cancellation teams and back to customer services! Finally after 75 minutes on a phone being cut off! OMG people do not even sign up for TALK TALK !

  @Grufflock @deadheaddraven @EE I've not had an issue with talktalk while I've been with them Virgin were annoying when I went with them, fixed fee for first year but kept getting letters saying after your contract ends your rate will increase to a higher amount then again a few month later
