@TalkTalk Hey arra, after wasting 90mins on the phone to "daniel" at customer services i think whats best in order to make it up to me my new best buddy dan should take me to the movies and see a film. Something funny to raise my spirits, Dans choice of course. Il bring the popcorn ;)

**** WiFi, noone speaks English, didnt get the guaranteed download speeds before and not getting them now. Numerous missed appointments upon setting up, Engineers blaming faulty router, replaced and still didn't get the new connection we asked for. @TalkTalk not good enough

Wow @TalkTalk! Engineer seemed to fix the issue today. Apparently u keep flipping my service to an old previously faulty port instead of the new one that was installed. Today he sorted it, then tonight it stopped working AGAIN, so I assume it’s been flipped back to the wrong port

So it's not just covid that is putting people's lives at risk. Now it's even @TalkTalk too. 2 days without broadband, missing crucial video medical appointments and they still can't tell me when #openreach can fix the issue. 🤷 ? Such bad service #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk totally disappointed in your service. My mum 84 and recently widowed, has been given an engineer appointment for the 2 February. No landline or internet service, totally cut-off but hey she's been put on a priority cancellation list ! #talktalk rubbish
