@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk @aaronbepacook Speed is down to just about 80-100 Mbps, not the usual 900+ Mbps. So they must be running off a backup system.

@TalkTalk I've been trying to call someone for 2 hours york has a blackout no service at all. I will want refunding for this months service and I'm also leaving its a joke not even the BOT can help

So today's @TalkTalk update, complaint going in by email, but for the first time ever, they sent me a paper bill and are charging me £2.75 for it. If I could afford to cancel i would. This company is truly disgusting the way they treat customers.
