@TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

Unbelievable how incompetent @TalkTalk is. For months bad connection. Engineer came, admitted it was an exchange problem, he later lied about having connected a new ether cable. Talktalk has now billed me for this visit. I still have a bad phone and internet connection. Hopeless
