@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@TalkTalk I am out of contract now and been disconnected on the 28th. I am paid up till the 27th.I have not had a reliable internet. Before my disconnection Date. Which i reported. I was told no point in trying to fix it your leaving tommorro. But won't £36 for providing fresh air.
