    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk your customer service line is actually shocking, each time I ring I’m on the phone for over an hour having to constantly repeat myself and never a solution

    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk talking about inflation when there are cheaper broadband services is hilarious. I’ll leave once my contract is up. The price has never been “fixed” as agreed. What happened to the profits/surplus? Why not invest in loyal customers? Business practices are a joke nowadays

    @free_musick Me too, but the closest I've got so far is a VPS hosted on a cloud service provider's network. An old Thinkpad on a TalkTalk broadband line isn't going to cut it and so we start with the (a) tech knowledge and (b) financial hurdles.

    Why is it that apparently everyone is back at work BUT If you call a company call centre They almost all say WE HAVE A LIMITED TEAM ON AT THE MOMENT & you get put on hold until you put the phone down or Contact our chat service & nobody replies to that either @TalkTalk
