@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

@TalkTalk Right - my point is that the requirement to zoom is because of the bad design. I know how to zoom in my email reader - many people may not. Just removing the italics would make a big difference.

@cyptoon @TalkTalk One time an advisor wanted to ring me back on the landline when that was the issue. Took me 10 minutes to get through to their thick nappa that he couldn’t. Wtf is that all about?
