    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    omg @TalkTalk trying to get through to your CS team is nearly as bad as BT Wholesale, when i used to have to deal with them. An engineer did not turn up, just want to re-arrange... oh no, i need to close my account and open a new one!

    @neviestickss @TalkTalk I worked for TalkTalk back when they were still Tiscali and this used to be a common problem. Always by mistake of course... And please hold (at 70p a minute) while I get my supervisor

    What exactly are we paying for ? There is no difference in the service, the internet still clocks, pauses, won't connect, and is as slow as ever. Do we need a better router ? Will the service improve ? What can be done to give us the guaranteed speeds we are paying for? @TalkTalk

    We finally managed to sign up to a fibre broadband package, what a joke there has been no improvement in our service however it has become worse. I have emailed TalkTalk on 06/05/2021 no reply from them or Acknowledgement. #talktalk
