    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Yeah, they said I could get a better faster service for a lot less than I'm paying. I asked why they were charging me more for a not so good service already, and I got cut off.. Waste of time.

    @TalkTalk Thats not correct, I've had a manager hang up on me I've had another manager let this get so out of hand due to the lies that have been told that even a previous agent advised they would have to look onto said managers actions. However it seems no one seems to grasp or understand
