    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @TalkTalk is by far the shitest WiFi EVER!! Constantly down, constantly going off. And to top it off the guy on online chat was rude and as helpful as a chocolate teapot four days ago! Still down 🙃👍🏻👎🏼

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk left talktalk after yrs as customer due not getting service provided. Broken TV box, told would get replacement. 3 weeks after call, nothing. Now getting messages from DRS for unpaid bill. Initially was £6.72 now £52.64. Spoke to customer svc and was told 1/2

    2/2 would resolve issue and they would phone back in 24 - 30hrs. No phone call. Now have another message from DRS saying pay the bill. Customer Service severely lacking in follow up calls to customers. Strongly recommend not company. It's definitely not good to talktalk

    @TalkTalk please can you tell me how to speak to a person so I can look at resolving a long standing issue with my broadband dipping out instead of sending me in circles doing speed tests etc? I do not have a landline so pointless calling when you want to know about my landline.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same issues with TalkTalk. Had court order appointing as deputy. Wouldn’t accept it. Kept asking for POAttorney. Wouldn’t let me pay the last bill. Inst two debt collection agencies. Sent them the order, corresp, and offer to pay. In the end they seemed to abandon it. Painful.

    @TalkTalk Which department do I need to speak to cancel my service without a fee because this whole thing has been horrific. Someone promised that we could but lied and didn't add it to our notes. We just want to get the hell away from your company without being charged for the privilege

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I don't think this sort of thing is specifically a Vodafone problem. My mother (70s technophobe) had a similar issue with TalkTalk. Going to the ombudsman was the only thing that got that sorted and it took months. Not saying they're all alike but the tactics seem fairly common
