When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.
