Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iβve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged Β£37m. Added the service, gave me Β£4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer Β£2 less. So I have an extra service plus Β£5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
