Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iβve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged Β£37m. Nice work if you can get it.
