    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

    .@TalkTalk are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

    @JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

    @TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

    @NatureB12115703 @YouTube Something in the Air" has been used on an advertisement for British Airways. Also appeared in a retro TV advert for the Austin Mini in the early 1990s, featuring Twiggy. More recently, a version of the song was used in the advertisements for mobile phone service provider TalkTalk

    Hi @ofcom, @talktalk cut off my elderly, disabled, recently bereaved father’s phone and internet despite my request to inform me of problems - and now say can’t restore phone at all and internet only by 8th Dec - so he has no way to contact anyone. Is this acceptable?

    3 hours in with @talktalk trying to get my Dad’s phone reconnected. They cut off disabled bereaved 87yo’s only means of communication. I had told them to transfer it to him or let me know any problems. Told I had to request new line: then told no line available for that address
