Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged ยฃ37m. Nice work if you can get it.

Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinsonโs) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. ๐
