    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasnโ€™t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Well once again I get a complaint manager from @TalkTalk who can barley string two sentences of English together ring me & once again Iโ€™m quizzed over the FREE TV BOX they offered me which started this whole sorry chapter role on end of contract

    Latest from the useless @TalkTalk they have promised me a case manager will be in touch in 3-5 days must have a lot of complaints to get through totally abysmal customer service

    @O2 @TalkTalk canโ€™t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

    @TalkTalk internet keeps going down AGAIN. Honestly getting fed up of this service and Iโ€™m going to look elsewhere if itโ€™s not sorted. Itโ€™s getting ridiculous now.

    So the numpties at @TalkTalk want to charge me best part of ยฃ100 to terminate my contract early because they canโ€™t wonโ€™t honour the TV box I was offered in writing

    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldnโ€™t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadnโ€™t put incident number on it I wouldnโ€™t get a response roll on end of contract

    Iโ€™ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages arenโ€™t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    Congratulations #talktalk day 10 of issues and no hint of resolve. No watching skysports for me this weekend. Still not even a hint of the problem just repeat diagnostics again and again to another member of your team.

    @Erudite4Unity @TalkTalk Nope. I had a similar problem with Sky. After a month( yes! ) we switched to Virgin and got a refund. Since moved house and now with BT- - hint. Openreach has a far better relationship with BT than anyone else. You are more likely to get a positive result if you switch to BT.

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™m a new customer - joined in February and was promised a ยฃ65 voucher. Iโ€™m finding it impossible to work out how to actually get this voucher. First email went to junk and now the link will not work.

    @talktalk the #worst #broadband support team possible. Just keep redirecting me to new people without solving anything. Charging me for calls despite no phone, engineer appointment no shows, charged extra for talktalk not providing what was promised

    @OpenreachHelp @rejoyce360 Hi, I had reported it to TalkTalk but they could only tell me that there was โ€œan outage in the areaโ€ with no further info. There also seemed to be no way of finding out if this was an issue affecting just my house or the whole village. Fortunately, it came back about 6pm today.

    @TalkTalk are the most unhelpful and worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever experienced. Wifi has been down over a week! All theyโ€™ve done is tell me everything is working their end. Have told me a manager was calling me the past few days.. hasnโ€™t happened. Needs someone to actually fix
