My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

@JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

@TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

@Twitter Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong

@DanielThePope @peterjwest You should! Had similar problems historically with TalkTalk and so switched their router to modem-only mode an added my own router for Wifi/LAN. Still using the setup after switching to Sky/Now. Bonus you won't have to reconfigure your Wifi AP if you change internet providers😎😬

@TalkTalk first you botch the upgrade of my parents broadband. Then in "fixing" a seemingly non existent issue you leave them with no phone or internet. No warning or communication; leaving just two scared and completely cut off 80 year olds - this is totally unacceptable.
