    .@TalkTalk are the worst company Iโ€™ve ever dealt with and Iโ€™ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโ€™ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

    So the numpties at @TalkTalk want to charge me best part of ยฃ100 to terminate my contract early because they canโ€™t wonโ€™t honour the TV box I was offered in writing

    @articeddie @TalkTalk Wow that is bad. I really hope my issue can be sorted at the exchange. Apparently it was started to be looked at on Friday but haven't heard anything since. ๐Ÿคž I'll be back online by the end of this week.

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

    Iโ€™ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages arenโ€™t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @TalkTalk internet keeps going down AGAIN. Honestly getting fed up of this service and Iโ€™m going to look elsewhere if itโ€™s not sorted. Itโ€™s getting ridiculous now.

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasnโ€™t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount ๐Ÿ˜ก

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @TalkTalk And from 6pm tonight it looks like there's a national outage, multiple complaints on down detection websites and yet no customer services. Absolutely appalling communication and customer service

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

    @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinsonโ€™s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. ๐Ÿ‘

    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @TalkTalk your customer service is beyond poor, I have been without reliable internet for 12 days now. Your phone team are utterly clueless and your complaints manager doesnโ€™t phone when he says he will. How do I cancel my internet with immediate effect?
