Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
