    @TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

    Latest from the useless @TalkTalk they have promised me a case manager will be in touch in 3-5 days must have a lot of complaints to get through totally abysmal customer service

    Congratulations #talktalk day 10 of issues and no hint of resolve. No watching skysports for me this weekend. Still not even a hint of the problem just repeat diagnostics again and again to another member of your team.

    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldn’t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadn’t put incident number on it I wouldn’t get a response roll on end of contract

    I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @ste_peno @TalkTalk No I need a letter from @TalkTalk saying we can’t agree then it goes to some arbitrary thing just pissed off with them bide my time then by by certainly not going to pay them £100 for 💩service 😡😡

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @TalkTalk And from 6pm tonight it looks like there's a national outage, multiple complaints on down detection websites and yet no customer services. Absolutely appalling communication and customer service

    .@TalkTalk are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

    @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

    @TalkTalk Hi I had an email from Melissa Dube from the complaints team .With due respect, she has not applied high professional standards. She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

    @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

    @TalkTalk Nah you're alright I actually am changing to you for real, your phone customer service is great too I remember that too from last time I had TalkTalk so i'm coming back. Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    @TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
