Well once again I get a complaint manager from @TalkTalk who can barley string two sentences of English together ring me & once again I’m quizzed over the FREE TV BOX they offered me which started this whole sorry chapter role on end of contract

I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

@O2 @TalkTalk can’t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

@EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

Hi @TalkTalk, what is your policy on cancelling broadband if a 91 year old with alzheimers signed up to it not knowing what it was and never used it? According to your call centres its her own fault and you can't do anything to end it? Isn't that immoral?

@TalkTalk Hi Jo have sorted with city fibre decided to cancel installation due to disruption inside house. Inner box needs to be opposite outside box to reduce inside wiring also requires its own socket then presume wire connector to router so for my needs happy with what I have.

@TalkTalk wow! Over an hour 2 days in a row, 5 different departments just to try and cancel my uncles broadband which we had already done in November! I’m sure they ask the same questions over and over and then cut us off for laughs

@virginmedia Well at least at TalkTalk you speak to people with common sense who are helpful and answer questions without passing you to 15 other departments. But of course, after escalating it they have never bought any *@virgin.net email addresses.

@TalkTalk My 91 year old neighbour has gone without a landline since October 5th. As a result she can not make phone calls. Also her landline is connected to her pendant which alerts emergency services. I am disgusted by the poor service she has received. She is alone!!

I cancelled my TalkTalk account in August. Didn't go through. In October they tried to bill me, they had no documentation of my cancellation, and put it through again. On Christmas eve, they sent me another bill. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to fix this.
