    @JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged ยฃ37m. Nice work if you can get it.

    Congratulations #talktalk day 10 of issues and no hint of resolve. No watching skysports for me this weekend. Still not even a hint of the problem just repeat diagnostics again and again to another member of your team.

    Well once again I get a complaint manager from @TalkTalk who can barley string two sentences of English together ring me & once again Iโ€™m quizzed over the FREE TV BOX they offered me which started this whole sorry chapter role on end of contract

    Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

    Hey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to โ€˜unbar our servicesโ€™ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.

    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more โ€ฆ.and I tried every which way, believe me !

    @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinsonโ€™s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. ๐Ÿ‘
