    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldn’t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadn’t put incident number on it I wouldn’t get a response roll on end of contract

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @O2 @TalkTalk can’t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

    Congratulations #talktalk day 10 of issues and no hint of resolve. No watching skysports for me this weekend. Still not even a hint of the problem just repeat diagnostics again and again to another member of your team.

    @TalkTalk internet keeps going down AGAIN. Honestly getting fed up of this service and I’m going to look elsewhere if it’s not sorted. It’s getting ridiculous now.

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😑

    @misslizmanning @geraintthomas @TalkTalk Wow that sums up my experience of #talktalk, apparently they couldn't see the 1300 disconnections over a 2 week period, sync to router far below guarantee and loads of line errors. That's what they get for not training staff properly. I spelt it out for them but took 8 weeks

    @TalkTalk been ignored on the phone. I want to cancel my services and it takes pulling teeth to do so. The engineers failed to install my line so why should I pay for a service not completed?

    2. My complaint is that my contract with you should have been annulled on 19/08/2021. It wasn’t and I have been charged with a β€œfinal bill” and I can prove that I don’t actually owe Talktalk anything. So I called to dispute the bill and instead was kept on the phone for over 2 hr
