@saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, “I’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

@TalkTalk how come my WiFi router flash’s orange and white at least twice an hour !!! I’ve not had a full day uninterrupted service since I joined , yet you still charge me full whack for faster fibre !!!

@TalkTalk When you sign up customers please warn them to plan their diaries carefully, in case they die of frustration or old age. I wasted 190 minutes and got nowhere with customer service asking a question which would help me decide whether to risk £40 to book an engineer.

Anyone thinking of joining @TalkTalk think again when you have a problem it’s like ground hog day “I need to do some troubleshooting with you” but the issue is never fixed and when you contact them again to tell them you get the same reply 🤬

@TalkTalk I've been trying to speak to a customer advisor for a week but keep being told by an automated message that the phone lines are either down or shut off for various reasons. What number can I call to discuss my account? I've tried 0345 172 0078/0046/0088 multiple times.
