@TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

Joined @TalkTalk went live yesterday had nothing but problems with channels cant get any entertainment channels even tho I added it to my packages and money got took put for adding it, called them all morning and no one has helped worst company by far I have dealt with !!!

@TalkTalk Hi, I already spoke with the Live chat department and they weren't able to help. They told me to call the Sales Dept. I then got sent to 3 other depts before supposedly being put through to the Ultra Fibre Optic dept. I've just put the phone down after wasting more time on hold
