Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

@TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

@TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

@TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

@TalkTalk Look as I have said, my mother in law has memory issues, she don't know her registered email or password etc. In fact she has no equipment to access email or the Internet but talktalk still insist she has the broadband to have a landline which is essential for her community alarm
