When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
