    @TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

    @talktalk so, if one has to call everyday bcs the internet falls down constantly, and one needs to cancel the contract bcs the service doesn't work as it should, then TalkTalk anyways charges the customer a cancelation fee? Is that fair?

    @TalkTalk Fantasic so an engineer did not enter my home just called me from a mobile to say he couldn’t fix the fault. I never saw him so for all I know he could have been at home in bed!!! Potentially facing DAYS without any internet

    If there is one thing you listen to today, let it be this. Do NOT use @TalkTalk! We have had nothing but problems with them and now we are leaving they offer us a package that they said we couldn't even have here! And now have messed our internet up before we leave. Disgusting!

    @OmbudServices Hi, Have an ongoing issue with @TalkTalk been going on since December, going over the same questions time after time, we have already had an engineer out and nothing resolved. They have now booked another engineer for the 27th. They seem to be dragging it out.
