Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. We are paying for fibre optic and not even receiving 1/3 of the speed we should be (less for upload speed). Engineer has been out and "fixed" the problem. Today we have not had solid WiFi for more than 30 mins at a time.
