@TalkTalk Not your fault, I get it. But you could start by dropping the generic "how can we help?" message in response to tweets that only mention your brand by name and don't tag you in. If I needed you, I'd @ you or DM you. As it is, I'm bad-mouthing you behind your back.

@OpenreachHelp It was arranged through TalkTalk then escalated to Openreach and now the issues needs to be resolved by yourselves as its to do with my phone line

We've also learnt that it's free to phone @TalkTalk's tech support team when your line is working (because calls from a TalkTalk landline are free), but you have to pay to call them when it isn't. Marvellous!
