    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    @TalkTalk I have spent a cumulative 27 hours on the phone to this joke company trying to get a refund for a service that does not work! They cut the line on me every time and then back to square one. Avoid at all costs !!!!!

    @TalkTalk Phone support refusing to help me update payment info, even though I have the tel number, account number and current payment details. @TalkTalk heading for a 2nd OFCOM complaint in as many months. Currently No1 on my worst customer service list.
