When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
