Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
