@TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk Status page shows email as fine. Outlook won't connect. Can see emails on your site. Used exact same password when resetting up new Outlook profile but it suggests user/pass is wrong, but I copied all IMAP settings from your docs. Tried on another device and network too
