@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk , despite paying over £100 on mobile data and still paying monthly debit to talktalk for non existent service, they say no compensation, thank god my kids weren't studying for exams during those 2 months, would have been impossible to pay all the extra data

@TalkTalk trying to get through to the full fibre department is a nightmare, just asks for a mobile number or home phone number and then press the hash key, it says it didn’t catch that numerous times and I cannot speak to someone! Please help me :-)

My elderly aunt in Camberley, is two weeks without her landline, and her seriously ill partner is in the hospital, and she badly needs to be able to contactable at all times. @TalkTalk in the UK just don't seem to give a ****. All she wants is some help and understanding.
