    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    Well @TalkTalk are still providing exceptional service ~ they've not given me the discount promised as compensation for 18 months of excellent* service ~ service is working great* again ~ they've the nerve to add a £40 charge for them Not fixing the issues *crap AF

    @TalkTalk my WiFi disconnects literally almost everyday at either 12am or 1am for usually an hour. I do the service status check and it says it’s fine but it’s not. Can you help?

    @TalkTalk your website is incredibly hard to navigate when you need help! My internet is down, I've followed all suggestions on said site but now there is no clear path to report the fault. The get help button just takes you back through previous options.
