@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

Why didn't anyone tell me not to go with @TalkTalk? They should have a pop up on their site that screams "Really!?". #grumble Can anyone recommend a broadband provider, with easy access to customer service?

Oooh, and another thing - the links to 'Help and Support' take you to TalkTalk community and not to any kind of helpline. If you actually want to talk to someone, you have to dig dig dig. Kinda ironic that they're called TalkTalk...

@TalkTalk Hi. My order was never processed properly despite much chasing so I cancelled in November and went with BT. Just been told now my order is confirmed - name is Charlotte Littleboy and order number is 00231884
