@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@virginmedia been on the call centre from 9am. No response. signed up to your "excellent" service via call centre last week. No one advised me your service is not available area even when your website states it does. Cancelled @TalkTalk & @skytv now the hassle of reconnecting

@TalkTalk My brother who is disabled and is completely deaf and also has epilepsy do has care on call which uses the phone line. Also has fire detectors , my sister called they were not any help at all . He is having to stay at my Fathers house who is 80 please reply asap

@JuxtoG @ZenInternetHelp I switched to talktalk. They were so much cheaper and so far no issues other than poor reaching WiFi, that was fixed with an extender.

@TalkTalk I did that yesterday. Not inspiring any confidence in your team or processes tbh. Esp when exec team promised to contact me rwgrding appt let alone im gonna wait another week with NO SERVICE
