@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

Cancelled #talktalk over a month ago. Conveniently they didn’t register the call .. now paying an extra month fee to cancel Again.. terrible broadband and terrible customer service.

@MoneySavingExp help!!!! @TalkTalk persuaded me to stay on contract rather than switch with a deal that matched the new one I’d found including a money voucher and talk talk tv. They’re now saying I am not eligible for those extras (now my contract is in motion of course!)

@OpenreachHelp They cannot get through to @TalkTalk however that is irrelevant as we share the same broken telegraph pole which needs fixing regardless of provider. @SkyHelpTeam claim open reach say issues with underground cables, which I can see is not true!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, but how can it be "local" when the fibre for all providers here goes into the same box, which I can see from my window. None of the other people around here on Vodafone, Plusnet, BT, TalkTalk has their internet down. Why just Sky?
