@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk are literally the worst internet provider ever - on the phone over two hours last week to ask why my internet is so horrendously slow. Told they could change my settings, which has made it worse, or pay £120 for an engineer to come out and then tell talk talk the 1/2

@TalkTalk I’ve got about seven or eight routers that talk talk kept sending me out when I was having major problems with the broadband. I phone talk talk and ask them to send me return bags because it would be just a waste to throw them in the bin and I don’t want to do that.

@TalkTalk y don’t you deliver on your promises? Meant to go live with your service on the 16th. No contact to tell me this wasn’t happening and after being on the phone for 2 hours I’m told I just “have to wait” until at least the 21st. Shocking and unacceptable!

@TalkTalk ive called up on five separate occasions to cancel broadband. im told the system is down so call back later. im still getting billed, its more than 2 weeks since my first attempt. can u message me when the system is working or something?
