@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

so my poor step brother trying to order Full fibre BB from talktalk when you guys at @CityFibre tell them its not available however you sent an engineer a few weeks back to him, so who is right or wrong eh, also you site says full fibre available in bh12 4bf area ?? hmmmm

Oh my goodness I have been royally let down by @TalkTalk again, you must give this broadband provider a wide birth!!! They have now taken a payment from my account that they shouldn't have and I cannot speak to anyone in person! This is the most awful. I will share the transcript

@_AgainstMyWill @virginmedia Was with them for a few years and losing the broadband several times each year. Eventually woke up and went to TalkTalk. Magic! After two years with them and no problems I've signed for another two because they've knocked spots off Virgin!!

I understand your concern about the 7-month internet delay after switching from BT Business to TalkTalk, and the perceived 6-month Ofcom limit on claims. Ofcom guidelines allow complaints up to 12 months after an issue, but they recommend acting quickly. If BT's actions contributed, escalate to Ofcom or their ADR scheme. Share more details for me to check?

@TalkTalk Interesting to note that although you’ve texted me to tell me there’s a problem in RH15 (Burgess Hill) with broadband …. your website says nothing …… and the Broadband is still down with no ETA

@virginmedia @TalkTalk Unfortunately someone has taken his memorable word down incorrectly and despite him giving the word in full because it was spelt wrong or taken down wrong he has been told nobody can help him and he will have to wait until a letter arrives.
