    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk i love how talktalk shaft you as a long term customer but as soon as you switch providers they suddenly offer you discounts which they should've done whilst i was a customer. Poor business practices

    @TalkTalk Yeah thanks, I’ve already read that. Know I have to ring so they can try to convince me to stay. No equipment to return I’ve never been sent anything and my end of contract date was 2007. Very frustrating that it just can’t be cancelled without that hassle

    @TalkTalk My internet has been disconnecting and re-connecting for the past week + I have significantly decreased upload / download speeds. Not sure if its because im connected to an exchange thats being repaired/upgraded. Any help?

    @TalkTalk My parents phone line has been cut off but they still have broadband🤔 Not sure how to help them resolve this since they would usually phone you but have no phone??

    @TalkTalk Not impressed with your customer care helpline and lack of technical support which is closed. Lost internet &landline at 4pm but can't access my account as I need internet to get online. Can you see the irony?
