@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@ohhhhclara @TalkTalk They don’t want to admit it’s a nationwide problem as they will be liable for compensation but all us customers are sat at home trying to do video calls for work with no internet. It’s a joke!

@TalkTalk Yes it is and I am not in a position to use a wired connection as my office space is above the router. In the 3 years that I've been using your service this has never happened. Restarting the router does not fix it. The package advertises 63mb speeds yet I am only getting 36mb

@tyrone_neale At my mums we had problems with sky, bt, talktalk, plusnet xD i think talktalk or plusnet are part of bt now or something but i remember complaining so much haha
