@TalkTalk I’m sure it’s very easy for you to say that Julian as you were not the one waiting on the phone for 6 hours over the Easter weekend trying to resolve this. I was told I was getting a new part sent out LAST Monday which never arrived- so I’m not sure what you expect my options to

  • MikeBramall1985 Mike Bramall (@MikeBramall1985) reported

@TalkTalk your call centres are embarrassingly awful, your website kicks me out every time I login then opt to upgrade or do anything for that matter. No online support available - utterly abysmal

  • terrygardiner70 terry gardiner (@terrygardiner70) reported

@TalkTalk customer service advisor confirmed just router. The postage probably cost more than the router but will gladly send it back

  • kerryhardman7 kerry hardman (@kerryhardman7) reported

@TalkTalk I see the issue has been resolved in less time in other areas I am Manchester. I’m assuming the 72 hours is worst case scenario??

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@insiderjon Thank you for these details. The way TalkTalk’s standard approach operates to deflect and deter customer pursuit of satisfaction is artful, and not in a good way. As an ISP, TalkTalk seem to be as much as stain on UK reputation as the Govt failure at COVID Test,Track,Trace. #Dido

  • BirguDevia Birgu (@BirguDevia) reported

So basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@moni_waller How is TalkTalk involved? Can you ditch them and change supplier? Eg. @plusnet for a good value connection, or @ZenInternet for a high quality 9-5 type service.. BTW PlusNet increase your price ££ at end of minimum term, whilst ZenInternet don’t sting you for customer loyalty.

  • zijadjasarevic Jaza🇧🇦🇬🇧🇬🇧🇧🇦 (@zijadjasarevic) reported

@TalkTalk worst internet provider ever! I started a new job on 22nd March and I cannot access the VPN so unable to actually do any work. I was promised a new router 2 weeks ago and still not arrived! I was promised it would be here today but still no sign! Absolute joke.

  • jancoyle Janet Coyle (@jancoyle) reported

@TalkTalk Greenock isn't sorted,I haven't had Internet since midnight! Live chat and phone chat are hopeless. Service centre says that I have a healthy connection when I have zero!

  • LilaWhelan Lila Whelan (@LilaWhelan) reported

@TalkTalk my broadband has been pretty much out since 4pm - can you help?
