    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Hi. My landline is not working. No dialtone, and when ringing in, it just rings and rings. I've tried two different handsets, and it is the same on all sockets. I've also plugged directly into Test Socket. Broadband is working. How do I report fault?

    You should be ashamed @TalkTalk my Mum is in tears. Phone is not working and is 4 medical emergency’s and all you did was give her the run around on the phone for an hour asking security’s questions to my dad who has dementia. @DementiaUK #dementia #takktalk

    @TalkTalk After 3 consecutive calls, passed from department to department I'd rather not be a customer.

    TalkTalk! Another bad company to deal with. Three calls to move house. Disconnect from one but not moving to the next straight away is never done in their world.

    @TalkTalk Hi, is there no way to talk to someone about my broadband problem? Your website lists no service number and the chat to our team button doesn't do anything, does not launch any chat? How do we report problems?

    i actually despise talktalk the isp. they don't take payments on time, causing extra charges. have terrible customer service. oh and it disconnects literally everyday, sometimes multiple times! thank **** im switching provider next week. 😡

    @talktalk I've been stuck talking to your bot for over two hours. The bot is no closer to fixing our Internet outage. Please can a real live manager person call me asap?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup please can someone help me? Have been ok the phone for 30 minutes for someone to tell me that they cannot help with my wifi issue as there isn’t any ‘line problem’ and when I asked what to do now, they had no idea?! Disgusted at the service today....
