@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

Well, that didn’t work. I thought @TalkTalk would respond swiftly to my last message about their poor service. It looks like I’m going to have to carry on bringing their lack of response to the attention of Twitter until they bother to answer me.

@TalkTalk I've already done that but your assistance was no help. Your "help", for example, included two links, neither of which worked. I've also had 50 minutes on your chatline. I continue to have slow broadband, please send an engineer or whatever you need to do to fix it!

@TalkTalk Hi my parents are with you and for some reason you have changed there landline number and which is causing serious problems. She has tried to speak to someone but it does not recognise the number on the line. They have had there other number for over 50 years.

@CliveDormer I am appalled by their service, I have had to liaise via Twitter?? Has no response on Web chat & when you ring the service centre, they tell you to go on line. I have has 3 different people on twitter & no resolution & they all repeat questions I've been asked. #talktalk
