@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

Feel like banging my head against a wall...Worst customer service @TalkTalk can’t wait to cancel my contract in august 2021. All I’ve had is problems with your service! Tried 4 times to reinstate my Now TV package that YOU cancelled over Christmas. Now the voucher is wrong again

@TalkTalk Thanks Harold. I think the point I was trying to make is that you seem to have an issue across the whole of Manchester. Several colleagues on your network are having the same problems.
