    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    Thanks TalkTalk for being efficient, Internet and phone off 3pm yesterday and openreach were here at 9am fixing it, great service @wrexham @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk I opened a complaint Tuesday, was told a manager would call Thursday. No one called lol.. anyway we rescheduled to today. No one called again??? Seriously? I’ve had enough now. I want to cancel my contract. This is ridiculous

    @TalkTalk failed to deliver my start up box, failed to tell me delivery had failed, failed to reorganise, arranged to send today so I waited in. Nothing. Can't WFH because I now have no internet or TV. Help me to understand...

    @TalkTalk Ah yes I understand that but we're still running off 1980s infrastructure here so what isn't clear is will this be an overall increase (i.e. we won't see any benefit due to the physical restraints) or is there a plan to help those at the bottom into the 21st century :)

    @TalkTalk Still unresolved, seems silly to leave to use same Openreach fibre via a different provider but unwillingness to answer a simple question and resolve an issue via DM is indicative of a deeper organisational malaise.

    Haven't even bothered with the PlayStation today sick of @TalkTalk dropping out the green box is too far away from my place to gain connection. I can't believe I almost worked for them selling their shocking service 🙄

    @TalkTalk DM sent. I've managed to get online chat so in am hour or two there might be a resolution although these webchat people have an unusual grasp of English so who knows?
