    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @TalkTalk upgrade package Monday to sports entertainment and also cinema. Can only get sports, my entertainment and cinema won’t load on my account saying I need a 7 day trial. Phoned up 5 times no one can help! Seriously! Already debating leaving!!!! Sort it out please

    @TalkTalk not able to connect to any websites on 3 fdifferent devices 2nd day talktalk says resolved on network status obviously tgere werdvknown probiems with websites yesterdsy but they are not resolved , i can't do anything except by using mobile data on phone ...help!

    @TalkTalk 2nd day cannot get on to any websites, yesterday talktalk issued statement that were issues this morning talktalk say issues websites resolved, they are not I havec3 devices cannot get on any websites on any if them still.having use mobile phone data to connect to websites,

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel my broadband with you for nearly a month yet it never ends up being cancelled and you’re blocking a working line takeover for my new broadband order!! So pissed off

    Bloody broadband's down again 😡 Regular as clockwork around 1am. Still nothing from @TalkTalk. I really hate techy stuff, am seriously considering dumping the whole damned lot. It's more trouble than it's worth and I have to pay to be this pissed off!

    @TalkTalk Once again, Internet speed issues! Man playing PS4 and the connection is so bad that it causes delay whilst playing online! For months it’s getting bad to worse! Up to date with my bill and this is what I get?!!! Shocking man, embarrassing 😡

    @TalkTalk Now some hours later it is repaired. It would be better if your tech people communicated with your social media people who then could simply say" Yes we know we have a problem and will sort it out as soon as we can" a bit of simple honesty based on good communication.
