    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Don't think so. Gotta wait 2-3 days for an engineer for the third time in a month, but what else can you do? I feel bad complaining to the social media dept! Just frustrating :)

    Well @TalkTalk text & email from you to upgrade as you are in my area, phoned spoke to a lovely Irish fella well I thought he was lovely until I said ok no problem will check it with my husband when he’s home from work he said ok then cut me off! Customer service?????? Very rude!
