    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk is a joke I have made 3 attempts to order a TalkTalk TV box and remote control today, phone went dead on me and on chat after 20 mins I was told the system was down

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

    @TalkTalk customer for less than a day and already considering leaving. FTTP 500 set up yesterday, 0.00 upload speeds, streaming services like Netflix and iPlayer seem to be blocked, and been on hold with an agent for over 40 minutes now. Good job I kept my vodafone fibre live

    Hi @TalkTalk, my internet hasn't been working for a week. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone, I've spoken to 10 agents, tried the online live chat, no one has been able to fix it, after a while the line goes dead or live chat stops. What do I do??

    @TalkTalk Despite this you have still not been able to help, and each time I try to get put through to someone it disconnects. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone using you as a provider.
