@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

So my parents have been loyal @TalkTalk customers for 10 years. My mum went down with throat cancer, had her voice box removed, lost her job, and nowy dad is suffering with stress. So they made cut backs. One of the things they could not afford is the internet. So they cancelled

Still waiting on @TalkTalk to transfer the business line and broadband to the new property. Engineer came Tuesday, tech issue, so waited till Friday, still not live now told Monday. Apologies the line is still down but working on this as fast as possible.

This time the #Fake @HMRCgovuk are calling from a @TalkTalk number 0203 759 5523 - and is routeable; same people answering the number as are calling from it. @Ofcom should slap fines on telcos, especially if the network does jack to disconnect the fraudsters.

@talktalk I’ve got no where in 3 phone calls.Gave weeks of notice to cancel service before moving house(we were out of contract).We left router at old property.First notification to return router came 8 days after move.Why not before?!!😩.A £50 charge after 10+ years of loyalty😢

@KellyWeaver @TalkTalk I think we will go for virgin next. I've got now tv and I can't even watch it most the time because of the shocking WiFi. Its honestly the worst we've ever had. F**ckin the old dial up was better than @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk You are the worst customer service in history. My BB keeps having outages every week and it has noting to do with me moving the cable or box. It just seems to magically stop working. Off course you blame me WHEN IT IS BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS MESSING AROUND WITH THE EXCHANGE
