@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@polhilljim @Virgin It is bit like @TalkTalk was with them over 10yrs & all the time was a battle to get a 5 mins query clarified. The agents spoke poor English & was passed from pillar to post for an hour, still never sorted out my problem. Im paying extra just so that I can understand. UK agents

@TalkTalk Bill was paid 4 days late at the end of last month due to finances as hours have been cut in most cases LPF is fair, but I have had a lot of disconnections though/poor service at times so not not believe the late payment fee is reasonable. How do I raise a complaint?
