@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

Sorry to name & shame, but @TalkTalk has been appalling. Our internet has been crashing repeatedly for months now. They've sent engineers round, claiming the problem is sorted, it just persists. We try & book another engineer - the website just takes us back to the homepage.

01689 815333 called here just now pretending to be TalkTalk. He got nasty when I asked how the weather was in Orpington. In case of any doubt, saying things like that about my wife and Mother will cause you a long, slow and painful death. I hope you are reading this you scum.

@TalkTalk been talking to online agent for 3’hours only to be@told they cannot confirm the cancellation of my account and on hold for another 30 minutes - surely it’s not that difficult to terminate an account

@TalkTalk I have emailed my response for talk talk making me loose more money for not being able to fix a problem they have created! No manger will speak to me either! 1.5hrs on hold…a weeks wage lost as I cannot work!
