@TalkTalk hi there. We pay decent money for our WiFi,but we lose service - if only briefly - almost daily. Not sure what this is inate of, but it’s pretty unacceptable, especially as we’re in a contract and therefore can’t change providers.A response this time would be appreciated.

@TalkTalk Dearest Gérard, here we go again. I had my connection tested countless times by @TalkTalk's technical support. UTTERLY. USELESS. I was promised (it's on records) a call from a Manager: never happened.

@TalkTalk hello, my BB is very intermittent. I have tried to report via website but the test passes each time and says its OK. That's when it's working though. I need a fault raising to investigate my connection as its very bad. How can I do this?

@TalkTalk We've had a new router we've done all the checks. Surely you are the ones that should be chasing up the issue. If I get a builder to build a wall I don't expect to go behind I'm doing the pointing in and sweep up.

@TalkTalk Well the download speed, when it works, is 32.5 instead of 50+. We have a new router and intermittent broadband. I’m paying full price for a part time service. Sick of reporting it yet not one offer of an engineer investigation
