@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

@TalkTalk Ok Andy. Today I decided to swop the BT line in my annexe (I pay bill, it’s let) to Talk Talk. It’s a separate number separate Line and yet I’ve spoken to four different people who cannot seem to help me. Why the confusion? Same postcode same surname seems to be prob. Who phone?
