@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

@TalkTalk My fault has nothing to do with the storm no broadband since last Thursday all I'm being told 2-3 days for engineer no up date going onto 5 days. God help those whose fault is due to the storm !!

@Parttimewookiee @TalkTalk very same issue here... wildly erratic downstream but mostly solid upstream (which proves its not device to router... it is WAN)... they will dance you around the houses with 5G and VPN's just to enrage and frustrate you... thats how it feels anyway

@TalkTalk over the weekend I've had 20mbps, in the evenings it's gone back down to 11mbps. Tonight, it's 3mbps. Sure you're not doing some old fashioned speed throttling? Soon as you've confirmed that you can't supply the minimum speed for my broadband, I'm switching ASAP.

@TalkTalk I have just watedmy time since last Thursday talking to people im TT customer service who have no understanding of the term Customer Service. For a while you think they understand your problem but they don't or maybe they are not interested pr just overworked.

@TalkTalk I would like to cancel my broadband contract, I am in the process of moving home , my details have been lost in the computer and my connection date has been cancelled due to a computer fault, I have cancelled my direct debit.
