@Gerbil1978 @TalkTalk @ClaireSteroline Not much you can do apart from hang up, lead them on or don't answer. If it's important they will leave a VM, and generally providers will not contact you. So unless you asked them too it won't be them.

  • James97370332 James (@James97370332) reported

@BankUnhappy @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis I doubt Ofcom will do much as Talktalk say it's in their small print they can do this for "business reasons". However customers should switch on mass after this act of bad faith, and send a strong message. Customers can switch without exit fees due to the change in contract.

  • JedKendray 50027 (@JedKendray) reported

@Gerbil1978 @TalkTalk @ClaireSteroline I get em regular, mainly about Amazon prime subscription, also had one about my internet going to go off, and one about a mobile phone. All of which were scams, just hang up on em.

  • bitsandpcsdevon John (@bitsandpcsdevon) reported

@TalkTalk Dont know how to find a banned list on webmail and have never set one up

  • staceyleslie1 Stacey Leslie (@staceyleslie1) reported

Signed up to @TalkTalk a couple of weeks ago and had nothing but problems since. Broadband is so slow making it extremely difficult working from home; called AGAIN today and the automated message says there has been a fault with the service since 10 June?! Absolute joke.

  • HazletonKen Ken Hazleton (@HazletonKen) reported

@TalkTalk In that case if usage had gone down would there have been a price reduction? I think not. Clearly talk talk has a different conception of fixed price for the duration of the contract than I do

  • HazletonKen Ken Hazleton (@HazletonKen) reported

@TalkTalk That's nice, never mind I will HONOUR my part of the non fixed price fixed price contract and leave when I have set up a better deal and better service. I don't suppose that the overall service will change though.

  • craigaa1984 Craig (@craigaa1984) reported

@TalkTalk Which you will get out of, as it is not a total loss of service!!!!!!!

  • JedKendray 50027 (@JedKendray) reported

@Gerbil1978 @TalkTalk @ClaireSteroline Not had the tax refund one yet, I get loads from gas/electricity companies trying to swap me, I just tell em I have no gas and the landlord pays the bills, they soon put the phone down.
