Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.

Azraël (@azrael_options) reported@FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out. Market makers will pin price while algos front-run the headline, but the real bid only shows once Octopus puts terms on paper. If those talks collapse, the gap down burns every late buyer — and that's exactly when the smart money quietly steps in.
