  @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

  @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

  Hey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.

I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..

  @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

  @TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now we’ve cancelled and gone with Sky you won’t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk

  @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff
