@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

@CiscoSecure hello, is there a compatibility issue with TalkTalk ? i use my company's laptop and am trying to connect to a Cisco VPN but am unable to. i even just tried turning firewall off on my personal pc . but login access still failed . my wifi is on. not dropping . 1/2

@TalkTalk 60min call with your staff who cannot speak unless they follow a script. 5 days of no broadband. I asked to raise a complaint and offered £20 credit to not complain. When I insisted on speaking to complaints team I was left on hold for a further 20mins and then cut off!
