    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I set up the account on my iPhone my other account is AOL and never have a issue. I’ve downloaded a email app and set my Talktalk account up there and was able to delete all from . Luckily there not downloading again

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    Hi @TalkTalk if @CityFibre install fibre-to-the-home in my area (Sheffield), do you offer a fibre-to-the-home service via their infrastructure? And can I instantly upgrade from a TalkTalk fibre-to-the-cabinet service with no early cancellation fees when they do?

    @doddatfive @TalkTalk Yeah we had the same thing not long ago and it was out for days! Contacted the support team and they said they can’t see an outage 🙄

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever, chat & call about same issue all over again and still no resolution after weeks of faulty internet connection, not recommended at all

    @TalkTalk . My elderly parents are with TT , their phone line appears to be down. Can I check remotely if it is 'them' or 'you who has the problem?

    ... Lesson to @TalkTalk - if you tell customers to phone you if they're thinking of moving, then make damn sure you give them good service, or you'll persuade even the fence-sitters that they're better off elsewhere.

    @talktalk so what's happened to my broadband, yes I've rebooted my router so nothing to do with my actions - you have done something to disconnect my service?
