@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

What have you done to the #CallBarring service? @TalkTalk there is no longer an option to report scam calls! To block a scam call just now I had to delete all "stored numbers" as otherwise I'd have had to listen to a list and then delete one manually?!! @Ofcom @CommonsSTC
