@TalkTalk I want someone to call me u have had it absolutely up to here with my crap home wifi for the past three months - today was the absolute final straw when our @Google home now won’t connect, alarm didn’t go off and missed my favourite gym class ! @NetflixUK won’t work !!

Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

@Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

@biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

@TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

@HelenORahilly My aunt’s gas and electric company were helpful, as they had a bereavement line. The worst was talktalk, who wanted a final payment, but wouldn’t tell me why, as she paid in advance. They didn’t get it. There’s so much to do, but you’re mourning as well.

@TalkTalk constant issues Lincoln. Never get what we pay for as soon as you run the test speed it magical speeds up. We have had the ground team out dog a trench across our new gravel drive and next doors drive so as that bt can pull a new cable through! 6 MTH no new cable! Crap

Twice now @TalkTalk have promised to call me. Twice they have broken that promise after I was left for 3 days without functioning broadband. I did not expect a call today, but they did not call yesterday or previously as promised. What do you do next? Move to a better company.

@my_michelle19 @TalkTalk It's so weird, my ring changed from the usual double ring to single (US style) yesterday & then my mum said theirs has changed today. I Googled it & other TalkTalk customers have had the same issue since December. Bizarre. 😬 xxx
