@TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

@TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

@Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

@DavidAlanMitch5 You can continue to use your big button phone and a battery backup or UPS can be used during powercuts. This change is happening as the UK's analogue PSTN network is closing by 2025 so all Communication Providers (e.g Sky, TalkTalk, BT...) are moving people onto a VoIP service.

@thomasgdocs I cant give you a reccomendation, but steer clear of talktalk. Their customer sevice is so **** that we have never been able to talk to a single human over a few months of trying to contact them about getting a new router.

@RuthDSilva2 @NOW We need to acknowledge NOW does give the "little guy" access to content which would cost significantly more via a Sky subscription. I only pay £4.99 per month for the Cinema Pass, and again, £4.99 for Entertainment. I'm a TalkTalk customer, therefore get passes half price. Jammy!

I’m a @TalkTalk broadband customer for over 10 years , bank updated my card so due to oversight I missed last months payment by 1 day !! Talk talk charged me £12 fee,Ive no previous credit issues .After online chat I got 40% off charge,yep 10+ yrs customer ! Profit before service

@c_pritchardx @TalkTalk I’m in Burton Latimer too, yep same for me, it came back on at 5ish. At least we know there’s no issue with our appliances and this is external to us. Hope it gets sorted sooner than 5pm though 🙄
