So day 3 of no show for @OpenreachHelp engineer turning up after being booked by @TalkTalk. I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

What can I do about @talktalk ? They say no problems with internet. Engineer said same but get very little service. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

@TalkTalk what’s happening with your broadband connection ? CW2 area. Got covid, and a 10 year old stuck in the house for at least 5 days, so if it ain’t back on soon, could possibly be a police incident reported. Help us out eh?

@TalkTalk we’ve later found out no call back was scheduled. We work from home but haven’t been able to with no internet. This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

@TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

For two months @TalkTalk have refused to grant internet providers access to my flat due to a dispute with the old tenants with no comms and no way to resolve leaving us without internet for months. Awful company, cannot recommend less.

@TalkTalk Your broadband is awful. Connection drops multiple times throughout the day for 20-30s. I've done everything to make it work on my end and nothing works so it's something to do with end. Will be ripping up my contract with you scammers soon.
