    @gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

    @TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

    @TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

    @TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    @TalkTalk I need a replacement router sent out ASAP. Mine is not working I’ve been trying to fix it for 4 HOURS!!!! Still no internet. My patience has completely gone. Your website is crap and offers no actual solutions or no option to order a replacement!!!

    @TalkTalk today I went to renew my package which was out of contract I’ve been a loyal customer for four years or more. I’d looked online and could get fibre 65 with Amazon gift for £24 for 18 months contract and could get £68 back via TopCashback. I tried via live chat

    @TalkTalk for 3 days no internet connection, inspite of reporting. In the last 3 months i have had to call almost 15 times reporting bb issues. I am stuck in a useless service that doesnt work and nothing gets done. Shameful

    @TalkTalk and i have warned you.. our house has bad BT lines. even them didn't wanna fix. after years of bad connection history you said you will and capable to give us steady connection. sorry, no. we don't have 21 century browsing experience. this is 90's!!
