I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

Yes, I cancelled before moving and was passed to 5 clueless people before being told it was cancelled. I’m now being threatened for missed payments. Shocking service. AVOID.
