@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Lols you spent 3- 6 months ‘looking into it’ which meant multiple frustrating calls with your staff who kept getting details wrong & seemed unable to even communicate with each other let alone solve the ongoing issue. I wouldn’t bother talking to you again if you paid me! 😬

@TalkTalk so how do i pay my 1st bill if i can't sign in or even register an account. Even the Bill email cant link me. You send codes that dont work! What a mess I have got myself into by subscribing to your Broadband. You even got my bank DD details wrong!

@TalkTalk You promised my 91 year old dad that an engineer would visit yesterday & that you would divert his calls to his mobile. Neither happened. He is without internet & phone, can’t watch tv, his heart monitor won’t work, can’t go online. Disgraceful service.

Day 6 of the saga of trying to get my Mum’s landline and broadband sorted. @TalkTalk customer service failing every time I connect them. She is classed as a Priority: 2 disabled and vulnerable people at the address, landline is critical. No mobile reception. Send an engineer! -

@TalkTalk my elderly mother in law has been offline all Christmas and has had no support from your online customer service. She has had a reoccurring issue and has been charged for engineers that haven't shown up. Can you please provide a named contact to resolve asap?
