    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @markandersonrun @TalkTalk On our contract if it’s not fixed within 28 days you can get out the contract without charge, tbh I’m praying for this rather than being stuck with them!! They are absolutely the worst provider!!

    @TalkTalk bunch of useless *****. Told there been problems with my Internet since 8am. Engineer apparently sent out 3 hours ago. However never got a text about it. YET STILL NO INTERNET. youse gonna move a bit quicker literally almost 12 hours

    @Promes10ii @IntooTheFuture I am having the same issue, both for ea server on FIFA 23 ps5 and fut app on phone. Also a TalkTalk customer. Had the same issue yesterday during the day where I couldn't use WiFi but could mobile data.

    @TalkTalk and now tomorrow I have to waste more time ringing the ‘retentions’ team who I guarantee will put me on hold forever to cancel an account that I have asked to cancel 3 times. I am not paying a single penny more than I have already paid and advise others to go elsewhere!
