    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @mrskishere @VodafoneUK I've been working my way round 3, Talktalk, Vidafone and BT. They're all unreliable and as bad as each other

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk Honestly, I cannot express how deeply, deeply disappointed I am by Talk Talk. Terrible Customer service, FALSE advertising and then left hanging on for 50mins - FIFTY MINS - waiting for customer retention team to come back to me. Just AIR for 50mins! I feel DUPED!! 😭

    @TalkTalk The most shocking service provider. Stay away. I call and no answer. Even the automated services do not work. Not worth the service I pay. I reported a fault and you automated message said to call back. Now it is closed. Now even computers sleep? #Talktalk #broadband

    @TalkTalk Yes pls! I have spent 7hrs today trying to help my 84yr old mum access her account! We are still blocked! She is paying £30-35/mth JUST FOR A LANDLINE! AND her bill is going up by £14 next month! Disgusting! We will be sending an official complaint! @TalkTalk @Ofcom
