@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

U charge £40 a month and put customers through this misery, on top of that I'm told I'll be charged for a month, even when I informed well before billing date my decision to cancel broadband service. Try calling TalkTalk customer service, you'll prefer death. #TalkTalkBroadband

@traceymsimkins @TalkTalk One guy over 30 advisors i think 37 for for trying to end a contract i think issue was so if that takes each person 37 members of staff to sort one issue out good god. A big scam chargeing when people trying to end contracts. It has to stop long phone queues

@TalkTalk if that helps to solve the issue, however i was pushed from advisor to advisor and nobody knew how to do that apparently. I was online and phone a total of 6 hours last weekend. I was 💯 promised a call back the next day to resolve it and no call! my sons an engineer who install

@TalkTalk I’ve waited 24-48hrs to get my broadband back on and still nothing and the offices are now closed. I’ve had the worst experience dealing with your bereavement services; one of your operators refused to take my dead partner’s name and kept referring to him as my wife.
