    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    I'm not one for going on social media and slating anyone but the appalling customer service I have received from @TalkTalk today is unreal I work in retail and CS is key I asked for a simple fix to my account but they wouldn't help so goodbye talk talk and hello @SkyUK

    @TalkTalk after receiving calls advising you were cutting off out internet I called your department to explain we weren’t with you and you terminated our call twice. Terrible customer service terrible company hence why we are with sky 🤬

    @TalkTalk Secure Sade is the worst piece of software I’ve had on my computer - it’s almost impossible to remove if you don’t want to complete installation because it won’t allow you to use any other AV software alongside so I decided not to complete installation and had issues

    @TalkTalk Services in Blackpool really bad. Reset router, takes 3 hours to come back online. Cant watch a live stream without buffering.

    I've been helping some elderly family members w/ issue w/ their @TalkTalk landline. No incoming calls for over 3 weeks & they can't even get call-divert working while they supposedly fix the fault. It's a *basic* call routing issue. Lots of important calls missed! @MoneyTelegraph

    @DanLFC We’ve recently invested in our email platform to give it a sizeable upgrade to improve the service, security and functionality. To be able to keep improving TalkTalk Mail, we can no longer provide a free mailbox to customers who don’t have a broadband contract with us. Mike
