@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk why don’t you publish a clear concise dashboard of problem areas & a month ahead activities which impact clients? Or simply email your clients before you drop them off the network? I see no mention of my post code TN4 0PX even after speaking to someone at 9am.

@TalkTalk Worst company! Been without internet for over a week, indoor engineer came yesterday and said it was an outdoor issue, the outdoor engineer has said it's our router! And your customer service is SHOCKING, rude and have been hung up on various times!!!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Honestly the worst tech support I have ever had. Kept asking me the same questions over and over again. She was readying off of a script and didn't know anything else about how to solve the issue. Then she hung up on me without saying anything.

@TalkTalk Hi my parents are with you and for some reason you have changed there landline number and which is causing serious problems. She has tried to speak to someone but it does not recognise the number on the line. They have had there other number for over 50 years.
