@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk our broadband is down, your text message support says it's a fault in the exchange & will take 2-3 working days to fix. Please confirm we will get a refund for the days without internet. This is extremely difficult in a time of working from home.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk The ‘super fast’ broadband signal repeatedly cuts out - not great during lockdowns working at home! Issue started several months ago and continues to deteriorate each week - it now only functions about 50% of time on most devices. Needs engineer / proper investigation.

@TalkTalk Constantly getting automated scam calls claiming to be from Amazon. Been happening for months. From a different number every time so blocking doesn’t help. I can see from the customer reports on your site that this is widespread, not just me. Is someone doing something?
