@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk All week since Monday my Internet has been losing signal. Its been on and off. My contract I have with talktalk has not been being met as my minimum upload and download speeds are not met - Not happy paying for Internet I don't get to use & will be moving if not fixed soon

@TalkTalk my husband has been trying to sort out a problem with you for a whole hour so far. He's been passed from one person to another. I think he is talking to a sixth person now & is being passed back to customer services. He has been told different information by everyone.

Horrible service from @TalkTalk 3 online chats and an engineer visit and still no internet. Would not recommend to anybody, would cancel if I didn’t have a year left on my contract. Can’t wait for it to be over. Disgrace.

@TalkTalk appalled by your Customer Service. Apparently it's acceptable to not have internet for 3 days? Can you explain that to my manager because I can't log in and work? Customer Adviser did not listen & then hung up when I asked for Complaints procedure!

@Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk That's awful. I was with them when they were Tiscali and it took years for us to get them to take up migration. I was one of the first to migrate away from them. Disgusting lot.

@jlz0z Dido Harding is either i) a complete idiot or ii) a brilliant actress doing a fantastic job of imitating a complete idiot. Given her failures at both Talktalk & Test and Trace, you decide. The idea that she is 'talent' and must be paid bajillions per annum is laughable.
