@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk @WhichUK @WeAreOpenreach Plus, the assertive chap from customer services declined to accept that the company had done anything wrong, and ironically wished me "good luck" and hung up when I said my goodwill was exhausted and I would try to find another provider who could set me up quicker.

If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.

@HairyPainter_ @TalkTalk Anyone who wants to join or using talktalk may I just give you my humble warning DON'T trust them with your bank details. Their are absolutely untrustworthy. They've been using my bank details over 17 months after I cancelled their contract. Their customer service is absolutely 0

@TalkTalk Hi guys, I've discovered a fault (Ref: REP-12829166) and logged it yesterday and the status of the job is still being worked on. Any ETA as to when the fault will be fixed? My internet is sluggish, slow and keeps dropping and it's affecting my work. Please help! X

@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone

@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?
