@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk absolutely furious! Poor responses to my request for engineer. 2nd time it’s down in 4 days. What part of ‘ I Work from home’ don’t you understand. Waiting 3 days for someone to call me or MAYBE send an engineer is beyond ridiculous.

Hi @OpenreachHelp, our internet has been down for a couple of hours now, and @TalkTalk is not able to provide any more information apart from that there has been a major outage Openreach’s network. May I please ask for more details on this, and how long will it be down for?

I spent over 25 mins on the phone today trying to close my account with @TalkTalk this is after failing to get anywhere online. They even refuse to give an address to write to in order to cancel your contract, why does @ofcom let these companies get away with this. 🤔
