@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk I'm exhausted with Talktalk's incompetent help desk. After 2 engineer visit and a new router, we still don't have internet. Hours wasted on the phone and chat last 20 days and they've sent a second router, promising it'll solve the problem. They are like a cancer cell!

@SkyHelpTeam if you cannot provide a 24/7 365 service then you should reduce prices based on a 75% service not 100% But it may be better if I move back to @TalkTalk who never gave me these problems

@TalkTalk Nothing, you refused to help. Stated line test you did were fine despite me continually twlling you red light on router, allocating local ip but unable to ping Google as the router/line has issues. Your answer is call customer services who you can't get through to, brilliant! 👍
