@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk had fibre installed over a week ago and despite 3 conversations with helpdesk, service is still poor, really slow and can only connect to it when sat next to the router. Not gonna lie, I'll be cancelling it if it doesn't get sorted

@TalkTalk So for the record, a customer of TalkTalk has severe dementia and TalkTalk are totally unwilling to help. So a Letter to CEO Tristia Harrison in the post for the second time! Customer service, TalkTalk don't have a clue.

Anyone considering moving to @TalkTalk for broadband or phone, please do yourself a favour and DON’T! Never had such terrible customer service than with them. 2hrs 15mins on phone (and still counting…) and still not resolved….😖 #customerservice #lackof

@TalkTalk It was during my 2.5hr call and via the 7th, yes 7th, member of your team!! As if I have nothing better to do with my time than sit and explain my situation 7 times to get a refund that is rightfully mine! Absolute joke with no regards to customer experience whatsoever.
