@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk is there any chance whatsoever of having done UK based call centre staff that actually understand what a customer is saying and converse with them properly without following done robotic script. 9 calls made no solutions to issues, you are pathetic.

I just spent ages on the phone with TalkTalk only to discover they offered me a non-existent contact (an 18 month contact that apparently does not exist!) That would be why I never got an email confirming my signing up to the new contact, and why I was billed more afterwards.

@TalkTalk probably the worst and most inept pathetic level of customer service encountered. Staff that haven't a clue what they are doing, unable to answer questions, offer reasonable solutions, 9 people spoken to do far no resolution in sight. Pathetic. Avoid Talktalk folks!

@TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

@TalkTalk I don't. Your customer does though. She would like to buy food & to do that she needs the money back immediately that you wrongfully took.

@GetGudder Hmmm. There is a buried tunnel there but it carries the Cornbrook through Hulme down to the ship canal - coming out on Pomona Island. I've never heard of anything else, but it's the TalkTalk site now so I'd imagine that if there was one it's been blocked off now.

@TalkTalk I’m not sure. I have responded to the texts and every appointment I have requested has been turned down, even when I replied immediately to take one of the ones that was offered.
