    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    I would never reccomend @TalkTalk to anyone! Cant even get my query dealt with in a timely manner! Be prepared to be on hold for 3 hours with 2 minute talks with the agent inbetween! #JokeCompany

    @itvMLshow @MartinSLewis I’ve been attempting to switch providers from @TalkTalk they have made it impossible for us to switch. Providers can’t find the line so they can’t place the order. I have been round in circles and have now threatened Ombudsman Services. Help?!

    @TalkTalk hi, I'm switching to talktalk 150mb from BT. Due to lockdown, doesn't look like my engineer visit date of the 12th will go ahead. Will my BT service continue to work? Or will I be left with no broadband, will BT cut me off on the scheduled move date?

    @misswright_geog Talktalk are good, speed is better than what we pay for and they're really easy to cancel even if you're still in contract. I cancelled an 18m contract after 9 and they didn't charge much

    @TalkTalk service was due to go live on the 11th December. Wasn’t up and running until 30th December. Was also given an engineers appointment who failed to appear. Cannot get through to anyone to speak about the compensation I am due for this.
