  @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

  @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

  @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

  @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

  @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

  @TalkTalk Ive emailed CEO. I dont want to miss my deadline for cancelling contract if you cant fix this issue. I wont keep paying for service I am not receiving, leaving me unable to contact essential support services during another lockdown. Shameful leaving ill customers to chase issues

  @talktalk new bb service connected on 23/12 stopped working on the 30/12. Customer service team lovely but totally ineffective. I’d like to use the service Im paying you for. #tradingstandards #profitsoverpeople

  @TalkTalk What's wrong with talktalk email, it's at worst very slow, some emails sent this morning still not arrived. The ones sent this morning were sent from another talktalk customer. I have four devices which receive emails, It's not my end it's talktalk as usual.

  @TalkTalk About a year ago you sign me up for talk talk TV package, i never asked for this & kept on asking it canceled time & time again you ignore me, but if you are not going to cancel it then sent me the T Freeview BOX ? at lest as i am being charged for some thing i go not use

  @TalkTalk what an absolute joke of a company. Issues with connection n Speed since 18th Oct. Line tests. Speed tests. Same scenario everyday. Told to run ping and tracert tests n email. Get this email didn't get passed to network team. So starting all over again. #shocking

  @TalkTalk Poor WiFi connectivity since joining talk talk and I'm unable to actually speak to a human being on the phone.
