@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk I've sent a message but I don't think it's going to help I have spent way to much time on with support and way to much time turning it off and on again. To be told "we can sort it" "It will be fixed" with no results the open reach guy says there is Internet

@TalkTalk Internet cut out at 00:30. Tried resetting but no luck. Is there a problem? I struggle to fall asleep & rely on background noise from the television, so currently lying here wide awake.

Maybe I'm just a bit unlucky, but why is every Tv/Broadband/Telephone supplier I use absolutely, unbelievably incompetent? Went from the dreadful TalkTalk to @virginmedia and low and behold... cannot get my problem rectified. Does a good, efficient provider exist?

ISPs+OpenReach — #TalkTalk #Plusnet #zeninternet Imagine paying full ££ rate for DSL with line speed <0.4Mbps (reducing to zero when it rains hard/snows) ..a rising price, every few months.. ISP refuses service when they see you are changing supplier. What a grim UK telecoms env.

@NexusPure Let me see.. Someone relying on a good internet connection faced with a fault on a TalkTalk DSL connection resulting in <0.4Mbps fading to ~0.0 when it rains hard, and no chance of support from TalkTalk. They are more productive, how? Less web browsing distraction?

@TalkTalk your broadband service is a complete shitshow. For over 6 weeks I've been trying to get you to sort the huge speed drops I'm experiencing. Multiple communications and engineer visits and no closer to being resolved. To cap it all you want to put my price up!

I can't wait for my contract to end with @TalkTalk once ******* again internet not working. I am sick of paying for a service I ain't receiving.. I might go with @BTGroup not sure, any recommendations??
