    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @talktalk Attrocious service. Couldnt do installation on friday as were only allocated one hour, ended up with 4 hours holding/getting fobbed off, were supposed to be getting call back over weekend to reschedule Now onto Talktalk for another hour and a half, still caller 25😡🤬

    @missjuliegrace1 @TalkTalk Cancel a service that was never provided and, as far as i can glean, Talk Talk were aware of the fact that they would not be in a position to provide the service they were contracted to. Only 2day have TTT admitted to an outage in my area. No timescale to resolve. 😳. Im flabber

    @TalkTalk @talktalk I have checked. BT can provide. Openreach confirm it is available. But you cannot ??????? Stuck in a useless contract with a substandard service. Amazing in this day and age

    @TalkTalk i have been left waiting on the phone for two and a half hours and there are still 30 people ahead of me on the line! i have already given notice to terminate my account now that contract has ended to the customer service rep, Why am i being asked to wait?

    @TalkTalk UPDATE!!! I have just received a DM that states 'we are pushing for an update'! Absolute disgrace. I had a generic response from my Resolver case requesting that I go to their chatline!! Which as we all know, is not in service and hasn't been for days. No excuses for terrible CS.
