    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk are truly awful. Three calls today because of incorrect billing. Latest call 55 mins so far, passed from customer rep to technical dept to now a manager. No one is capable of doing anything! All this, because they charged me incorrectly due to their service failing.

    @TalkTalk They have just told me it is STILL being fixed and will need to come into my house. So, please can you just check that the status is correct and that the issue is still prevalent, live and not fixed. Again, so that you know, I have asked the chat agent to update it; did they?

    @MrAttackPro @TalkTalk I need the same information which was promised but never provided. Talk Talk communications with their client is really poor. There are no point of contacts and their chat is not even working so we are not only left with their email threats wot which we cannot respond.
