@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

TalkTalk what a joke - email from me on 5th Nov for new service to start on 27th Nov - but no service at all. Engineer due between 7 - 9 today, didn't turn up but was told I would be charged £65 as we didn't let him in - WHAT???? Not good enough TalkTalk

@Ofcom Thank you. My husband is going through the formal complaints process now with @TalkTalk . We sent a complaint e-mail about a week ago and have had no response. We first raised this in October. It's infuriating.

@OpenreachHelp I understand that. But @TalkTalk doesn't care or doesn't want to pay you for the repair. Or they are just a very bad provider. Anyway I still have to wait only another 20 days!

@OpenreachHelp The only reasonable advise I received from @TalkTalk was to wait 30 days without internet and then cancel my contract. Not very helpful.

@TalkTalk Hi. I know there is scheduled maintenance from midnight but I do not currently have internet access. It's been at least 20 minutes and I'm stuck in the middle of a project. Can you let me know what the issue is? Thanks.
