    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

    @TalkTalk For more detail: last Wednesday service cancelled without notifying us. Then promise to place new order. Next day after spending two hours on the phone, find out be order was rejected. Then manager promised to cancel new order and place yes another one.

    @TalkTalk will happily take money for services they are failing to provide, and will ignore your attempts to contact them to resolve it. No care or regard for their customers. Not to mention, before our net/phone dropped out completely, our speeds were piss poor.

    @TalkTalk So, major issue here. Someone has entered my email adress at some point and some of that probably ended up in my spam folder and got deleted. Now that person seems to be in financial trouble with you as the creditor. See PM for details.

    @TalkTalk you are the only company who cuts off services over a £11 dispute after the bill has been paid🙄 in this pandemic mind you some people are not working. I am really disappointed😡
