    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    Does anyone’s else’s wifi with @TalkTalk just give up after midnight? It’s been like this since august. They’ve sent 3 engineers out- couldn’t fix it and now won’t let me leave the contract. I’m not paying for a wifi I can’t use consistently.

    If anybody out there is thinking of using TalkTalk as your internet provider then think again. They close on Sundays so if you need help. Forget it. My lovely wife has been led a merry dance for the last 3 hours 😞

    @TalkTalk I sent a change of name form back to talktalk which was sign and tracked 17th September to be told it would be done by the 29th September then was told it would be done by the 13th October still not done I have spoken to 8 different agent and still no help

    3 hours of my life wasted today with @talktalk live chat customer service, & got nowhere, now told they've escalated the case and i'll hear back in 3 days. I know what the problem is, I told all 3 advisers what the problem is. I JUST NEED A NEW PAIRING ADAPTOR. Woeful service.

    @TalkTalk my broadband has just gone down, i have reported it to your answer phone and received a text saying there is a fault, is it down in my area BT17 and likely to being looked at now??

    @TalkTalk Unreliable broadband for two weeks now, and speeds are below guaranteed level anyway. Diagnostic test says no problems but I’m sitting here with no broadband. How can this be sorted?
