    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk and now you also need to fix your automated customer support temephone sytem as it just cuts off when I try to actually speak to a human!

    @mrskishere @VodafoneUK I've been working my way round 3, Talktalk, Vidafone and BT. They're all unreliable and as bad as each other

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

    @TalkTalk My parents have been left without a working telephone line. They are vulnerable and isolated where they live. Please can you let me know who to contact by telephone to rectify this problem. Thanks

    @TalkTalk Hello, my switch to TalkTalk went live on 8 April 2021. Broadband working fine, but phone line not connected; can't make/receive calls or use other services that use the landline. Live chat on website isn't working and can't find a number to ring. Please help/advise.

    @TalkTalk Hi there, the issue was resolved yesterday evening but has recurred again a short while ago, I’ve spoken to customer service and they are already aware it’s happening again. Network Status website hadn’t been updated though which is disappointing.

    @alexbloor Assuming the losing provider was excellent like yourselves. An unscrupulous losing provider could make it very awkward to get a MAC - I seem to recall my Dad spending almost an hour on the phone to BT or TalkTalk. Of course, this could be fixed by an automated phone service...
