    @TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    @TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

    @TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

    @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @resolvercouk Dear dear Talktalk 3 bills now still no sign of the £60 welcome gift to the faster broadband as a longterm customer. Your agent now trying to create illusion been given credit but no sign on the bills received! OAP struggle to pay large bill

    Spent an hour of my day being told I'm a liar and that I still have service and I should've asked tech team for support. I changed provider!!! Why do I need tech team? You cut my services @TalkTalk **** internet and even worse customer service. Avoid!!!

    @TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

    @TalkTalk always seems to be problem after problem with their customer service, still have not helped me in anyway and always having chargers on my account, would not recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk I don't have account details on me so will when I do, but after an hour on the phone speaking to 3 different people in not sure how it can be resolved. I just want people to know if they want a decent internet connection and customer service not to use Talktalk.

    @TalkTalk Talktalk can't confirm why I haven't had internet since April 20th (because I cancelled and changed provider) they say a fault, but I should've notified them that I had no internet, even though I asked them to cancel it on that date.
