@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

Not sure if you ever played bball but if you have the ball and the opposing team player waves you off, thats disrespect to your face. Doing the John Cena and going viral for it is also trash talktalk

@TalkTalk Any chance one of your customer service advisors can actually enact what they say they are going to do? Cancelled 4 weeks ago, confirmed by phone by 4/5 advisors and still you chase a payment via email. Seriously what is going on??!

@TalkTalk how come your internet keeps cutting out all the time it never used to do this, it's like I'm living in 2012 to surely if my internet goes off every few days I nee a price reduction a I'm not getting a full service.

@TalkTalk Raised a formal complaint and was told that a manager will call you its been almost 24 hours since am waiting. Cannot do my job due to this internet. It looks like the agents are just their with the manual to read out to you, without actually sorting the issue.

Was wondering why @virginmedia had not put any update on here then realised it because their broadband is down and they have no internet access, @TalkTalk can you help them out
