@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

Ok @TalkTalk why is my internet gone to pants and keeps dropping every 2mins. I pay for a service I expect to be able to use not cause more bloody stress. It’s terrible service all nice when it’s time to renew now you don’t care when your tied us down again.

@TalkTalk Internet still out, brief periods of it coming on but being totally unusable due to insufficient speeds. Spoke with advisors through DMs yesterday to no avail and ultimately left hanging - really needing a resolution to this.

Seriously can't wait till February to get rid of this #talktalk Internet what a absolute of **** it is anywhere that can get me out of this contract ASAP with a new provider.
