@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@HerreMorker #TalkTalk customer service was bloody awful...persistently so, to the point that I couldn't end the call (on account of not being my husband. Don't go there). In my frustration I begged them to FOff and was told they weren't paid to listen to that sort of language..

@TalkTalk Wasted frustrating +1.5hrs w rep who couldnt hear/understand much of what I asked re new contract.Only when reciting contract terms was further info re added charges mentioned. When I (again) asked for line mgr he told me to redial. I refused. V poor service. My a/c: 7000034689
