@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk hi - waited in for an engineer yesterday to connect my internet, never showed and now the next appointment is 12/09. engineer has said he knocked on the door and called me, didn’t do either. Unacceptable for me to have no internet for 3 weeks through no fault of mine!

@TalkTalk's support is useless, 15 minutes spent in chat to tell me they can't help, I need to be transferred to another team...25 mins later I am STILL waiting. You changed my contract when you gave me a "free upgrade" to Future Fibre, but nowhere did you say you'd be doing that

Almost 2 hours on the phone and an engineer visit later, I'm still no closer to having my internet back. Best estimate I've been given is 10 working days. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK, NEVER GO WITH TALKTALK

over-zealous H&S prevents BT engineers from doing simple job. 4 came on day 1, 3 weeks later 5th one didn't show and claims we rescheduled the date. we were there all day and had come home from holiday especially. BT refuse to help and blame talktalk. RIP GB @OpenreachHelp
