@TalkTalk I signed up to an 18 month contract sept 2018 but I am having so many issues with bad broadband it’s affecting my whole family we can’t watch a film together or get homework done.

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@WeAreOpenreach we had a powercut yesterday and our fibre to the premises line isn’t working. After speaking with talktalk they’ve informed us there’s a block on the line? my wife is an on call social worker and relies on wifi calling as no reception here - please help

Be careful joining Talk Talk, they will swap your landline number then not provide any meaningful support once the order is placed, as you cant pass the security for an account that does not exist yet - Brilliant. Thanks @TalkTalk

Anyone else being hounded by @TalkTalk and @bt_uk regarding the fibre optic upgrade? There’s no need for daily texts in relation to a service I haven’t even asked for.

@OpenreachHelp They cannot get through to @TalkTalk however that is irrelevant as we share the same broken telegraph pole which needs fixing regardless of provider. @SkyHelpTeam claim open reach say issues with underground cables, which I can see is not true!

@LeensterFbsi @katiec1314 Same happen to me with Talktalk on Friday , chap talked to through remedies , we couldn't find any , new box delivered Sat , all working now , good service I call that .
