@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

Moving house was so easy for all companies involved other than @TalkTalk why on earth i trusted them again is beyond me. Waste of space company cancelled our order without telling us. Direct debit now cancelled and hello @BTGroup please provide better service 🤞🤞

@TalkTalk Not a helpful reply, as mentioned, we've been trying to login to check the status for the last 48 hours but it won't load so we can't get any info from it. This is happening all too often - at least once a week for hours at a time and it's making working from home difficult.

Please dear god never ever use @TalkTalk for your broadband. Internet has been off for the 8th day on the trot now and apparently its going to be 5 working days before the next level of idiots will look at it. No talk of stopping the service charge while its not working though!!

@TalkTalk We've had intermittent/ no internet for 48 hours in Stratford-Upon-Avon (box has been reset loads) - unable to login to check status as nothing will load. Working from home is proving impossible without spending a fortune on mobile data. Can you let us know what the issue is?

@L_AQUARELLISTE Ah, thanks. No the whole internet was down. It's up for a few minutes now and then. Talktalk are sending a new router and changing the old overhead line to fibreoptic on 1st June. I'm so behind here, and with emails, messages etc!

We have had multiple openreach engineer visits to the house. They are telling us they CAN fix the issue, but need @TalkTalk to instruct them to do so. Currently we have no Internet service. We have had these outages since we moved in 6 months ago. We need this fixed ASAP pls.
