    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @DrBaggins1 tried using a twitter "helpdesk" myself last night. Turns out the item I thought was faulty "might be faulty" Great help lads, thanks. I think they used to work for talktalk

    Forgot how awful @TalkTalk broadband is, what a joy it was simply having a broadband provider (far cheaper & faster) that was reliable & easy to contact. What a joke! 😫😤🤬

    @TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

    @TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @TalkTalk is the service down in NG105NE? The router is just flashing orange. I’ve tried to reset numerous times, still just flashes orange.

    @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk trust me mate leave them, gave us a terrible service for years and was impossible to get hold of someone who actually cared and wanted an issue solved. Cutting us off half the time, switched to Virgin Media this year and was the best choice

    All telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

    @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.

    @tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

    @TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk my internet gone down and no service, when I call talk talk customer care service, it’s asking me to raise request using online portal, tell me how can I do that without internet, I’m very patient but you’re really touching my nerves
