My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk My mum was told someoe would come out in 72 hours to sort her landline and fix her internet. She has no shopping at home and can’t go out as she has been waiting for you, she is by herself, she hasn’t been able to come to us for xmas or facetime her grandkids.
