Maybe their team can train @TalkTalk who months after initial issues continue to be intransigent. Ironic given we couldn’t praise @HotelChocolat until their super slow WiFi stopped dropping out long enough to tweet! #wififailed #broadband

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

@TalkTalk Went to the new recommended settings and worked fine for three days then stopped. Went back to the old settings and again worked fine for a couple of days. Tried new settings again but not working so back to the old tiscali settings which is OK at the moment.
