Maybe their team can train @TalkTalk who months after initial issues continue to be intransigent. Ironic given we couldn’t praise @HotelChocolat until their super slow WiFi stopped dropping out long enough to tweet! #wififailed #broadband

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

@TalkTalk Thanks Mercy, but I doubt you understand the source of the problem at a ground level as certain areas don't seem to be in co-operation. When one is ok the other isn't , mis-leading each other whilst leaving the situation on the ground hard work.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup never forget ... Talk Talk was run by the famous Dido Harding or Track and Trae fame.. whose data base was an excel spreadsheet, not only under her tenure TT was fined 1000s for customers hacked. Tis lot are a waste of space

After speaking to many @TalkTalk staff still no resolution. Problem now with @Openreach who don’t work weekends! Even though it’s a priority case. Problem won’t be fixed Monday but will be reviewed. So no internet for a week and that’s priority! Hmmmm

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 advisors ended the call after breaching GDPR, after i said specifically not put it down and pass to a manager and he still did. Advisor was JOSH. I want to cancel my contract. Maybe cheap but care is atrocious.

@TalkTalk How long do I have to cancel my contract, only decided to switch to talktalk just over a week ago and I think I've changed my mind due to being let down today, and many others by the looks of it.
