Scrapped once identified.

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

The fact that this is 8 weeks in to joining you is even more damning. Hrs on live chat, multiple cut off calls, promised call backs not made. Your team should be ashamed.
