    A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

    @BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright @stephbreakfast @FoxNikkiFox I experienced the WORST customer service with @TalkTalk. I am still in a battle with them.

    @TalkTalk are right up the creek. We’ve had no Telly since they so called connected us on 3rd April. When I phoned tonight their system is not working either. Asked me to ring back tomorrow. I’m supposed to receive a new box but this hasn’t turned up either.

    @TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

    Hi @TalkTalk. Please can somebody help me change the cancellation date of my UFO service. I can't afford to be without an internet connection for two weeks and your call centre doesn't seem to understand my request (on the rare occasion I'm put through to the right team) 😫

    @TalkTalk Broadband keeps going down - been a regular thing since fixing a other contract last month. Pls advise on whats being done or if i can exit contract due to this!

    Sort your **** out. @TalkTalk starting to be as bad as virghn media. 3 times you've gone down at around 12am. 3 nights in a row absolutely disgraceful

    @Belinda_Rastall @TalkTalk Utterly appalling customer service. We shall be leaving them as soon as we can. Trying to find out why the internet was down… would have been easier to fly to the moon!
