A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

@TalkTalk Two BT engineers have said there’s no issue with the line and that this is a Talk Talk issue. But Talk Talk refusing to acknowledge there even is an issue! Absolute joke!

@leighashall @TalkTalk They advised the “restore” option which wipes the iPhone but I chose “update” instead which keeps all the data on the phone intact. It’s very early days but since I did this earlier this week the issue has not yet reoccurred. Fingers crossed.

@TalkTalk support is shockingly awful. tells you not to call until Monday after having no internet since before Christmas Eve, despite being open. Why do they hate customers so much?
