A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

So overall.. I'm pretty glad @TalkTalk didn't want my custom as with service like that, I don't want them either.

So apparently when you try to cancel your @TalkTalk service their reps lie to you and tell you it'll be faster to have your new provider process a service change request to cancel your old TalkTalk service, but your new provider says that's impossible. smdh.

@TalkTalk Gave up trying to report network issue on your website. Postcode WS9, WiFi hub shows steady white light, can obtain IP Address from TalkTalk but no internet to any device wired or wireless. Possibly infrastructure issue!

@TalkTalk Managed to set the no-TALKTALK router no problem it connected to the Netgear very quickly! Nothing needed to be configured! Only now we lost our land lines

@TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

@TalkTalk thank you we got our fibre broadband connected, now the problem is our land lines have been disconnected. Our house is large and we have a few extension lines! I never signed up to this!

@TalkTalk We have been trying get our upgraded broadband completed. Even been trying to communicate with the CEO resolution team who have now gone quiet and ignoring our messages. Absolutely appalling.
