A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

@TalkTalk I don't want anymore DMS, emails, answering the same questions over and over again! I want customer service to phone me as yous won't put my call through. Weeks no internet but still take our money! DM me for my mobile number. Worst service ever!!

@TalkTalk Was expecting a call back from one of your management team between one and 3 but that call never arrived Can even give a reference number of the issue passed on. Wouldn't it be better to just call people they have appointments with?.
