Scrapped once identified.

A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
