A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

So overall.. I'm pretty glad @TalkTalk didn't want my custom as with service like that, I don't want them either.

@TalkTalk Talk talk is the most unhelpful company I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to try and deal with Customer service is an alien concept for the company. I am generally a placid person but my patience has run out. What an atrocious business model!

@TalkTalk Can you tell what services will be affected please, I’ve woken this morning to no broadband! Line test tells me a problem but nothing else in relation what it is or how to fix!!

@TalkTalk we spent 3 and a half hr on the phone with two talk talk staff . Stil I have no email up and running . Why can’t they do this it’s awful service

@2Qwuik BT but we've had talktalk and sky in the past and they've all been slow so i think it's something to do with where i live 🥲
