A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

@TalkTalk The service has been down since around mid-day yesterday. We pay a substancial amount per month and have been coated off by your customer service team, I work from home so having no phone or broadband is more than an inconveneince as I will not be paid.

So @talktalk have justified their price increase (even though it should be fixed for me as it stated) on increased usage / covid, my problem? In other words they need me to pay for the IT equipment because they oversold and instead of honouring my contract they just put up the ££
