    A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

    A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

    So overall.. I'm pretty glad @TalkTalk didn't want my custom as with service like that, I don't want them either.

    @TalkTalk hour three on the chat. No one knows why im being charged for an engineer, but currently i still have to pay for it. I also still have no working wifi 18hours after it went down...

    @VodafoneUK Well you certainly provide it. I’m done with ‘Support’ and reboots and resets, just want my contract ended as soon as financially possible. You’re actually worse than that company that went bust after a week. @TalkTalk help a brother out

    A huge mess with @TalkTalk My mums tv box broke and she was told she has to pay for a new one. She declined the offer but was told the order has been placed anyway and a charge may appear on her account. Wtf? She’s told she cannot cancel the order she didn’t even want!
