A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

@itvhub I can't play the BTCC highlights past the first ad break, it just hangs when coming back to the programme. Device is a Huawei made, TalkTalk branded youview box. I had the same problem on the app on my phone for the full coverage as well. Any suggestions?

@TalkTalk So it’s just TalkTalk customers what are affected East Riding, withernsea area been told a cable has been cut so that was a pile of crap saying all network providers having problems because people near me saying there internet is fine BT , etc

@TalkTalk it seems you do not have any commitment to fix my broadband and it’s time I make a decision to leave and move to @virginmedia who may insure I receive the right service. You have not kept your part of the deal and still insist on taking my direct debit

@SarahAnn0001 @TalkTalk Been told it’s a cable what’s been cut sky broadband was down as well but they got there’s back over a hour ago thought it might have been on the same line but mines still off BT customers and others one are fine so it’s just TalkTalk

@NotionStatus Here in U.K., I got that problem with TalkTalk broadband but not with BT (British Telecom) broadband. No problem over phone data.

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk have told me to get in touch as we have no internet yet most of East Riding don’t have internet. Talk talk are saying there’s no issue yet we’re all without it
