@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

@TalkTalk Oh Gawd. I remember these tweets very well. As I said previously, I'm long gone from TalkTalk. But I lost track of how many times I had tweets like this. And you never did sort it. So I left. I'm afraid your "customer care" is non-existent.

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

@WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

@tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I've been traumatised after phone calls to TT. But I think calls to any broadband provider are stressful (depending on the problem). They never fixed my landline. I gave up. Chose between landline and broadband. Lost the will to live trying to sort it.

I had a competent technical expert at @TalkTalk try to improve my connection. His help was appreciated, but that's 2 hours of today gone, plus hours previously. It should not have taken so much effort and so long to get through to the team that could help. He is calling back.

@TalkTalk I am going counter your bills with an invoice for my time, as a mech engineer that will be £65 per hour. I will go back to time wasted for engineer visits (waste of time) and all recorded call time to your so called customer services..I’ll start with ofcom and small claims court

An update with the WiFi issue. No the Talktalk engineer didn't fix us Yes, we know what the issue is, but each group blames the other. Networkers Vs Engineers Yes, dad wants to "be in charge" And yes, many friends are pissed off. I know. Honestly..I give up trying anymore..

@TalkTalk still having problems with my TalkTalk broadband!!! Rebooted router as advised, only power light and wireless light showing green, all others are blank!!! Computer says internet connection working normally but no broadband
