@TalkTalk constantly getting no sync and intermittent sync errors. The internet will be connected for like 20 minutes then will disconnect.

@TalkTalk so in the middle of a cost of living crisis, you thinking lumping 14.2% onto the cost of my broadband is acceptable? I know you’ll say it’s in the contract but really? Great way to ensure I’ll no longer be a customer once my term ends #CPI2022

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

@tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

@WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

Absolutely scandalous stuff from my broadband provider @TalkTalk currently. Had no Internet since 14th April. Had an engineer visit 18th April who concluded problem was 'outside'. No further update given to me. Will be cancelling my DD soon. 👍

@TalkTalk just experimented ..and plugged my ftth ethernet direct into my pc..and it worked so my pc is my wifi hub..... over 700mbs down..over 100mbs up... not bad at all..no router needed as il use my pc as a hotspot...

It's weird that a company called TalkTalk so effortlessly manages to tell you nothing useful when you call them. Appreciate the position the people on the other end of the phone are in; but maybe if the service wasn't a disaster in the first place, there'd be no problem.

@TalkTalk intermittent internet issue for 2 MONTHS. Cust services won't log a fault. Complaint logged but no one calls back. The WORST service, having to resort to twitter. If you are thinking of talktalk - just don't.

@TalkTalk But you’re not actually helping are you; you’re telling me to call your 0345 number which I have done numerous times over the last 13 days and each time my complaint is not dealt with. I am told I can expect a callback from a complaints manager but it doesn’t happen.
