Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Must be a lot of vulnerable people to prioritise if it’s taken them a month. Would now be emailing them and telling them you are going to a new provider and that because they have not been able to start your service you are not paying exit fee.....

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

@TalkTalk I'm writing here as we were told by your customer service that we wouldn't even be able to access your complaints line until tomorrow. Waited 8am - 1pm for an engineer that didn't even turn up, spoke to your staff on phone to be told you don't know when he'll arrive.

@TalkTalk I'd just like to say I am SO unhappy with your service. I have been on the phone for an hour to try to fix our broadband. The engineer came out yesterday to connect it after we waited a week after moving in with no broadband, and it's not working.
