@talktalk can you kindly stop sending me emails demanding money you aren't owed that give me no option to reply. You expect to ring your call center and be kept waiting for hours at a time and still no resolution. Don't ask me to DM, that leads nowhere useful! Call me and discuss

@TalkTalk Absolutely the worst people if you just come out of an abusive relationship and trying to leave dont expect any sympathy or help infact expect them to just leave the conversation which they did to me i have the full conversation saved to my phone to prove it

@TalkTalk No, that's a lie! I've fallen for that before. You eventually direct me to a chain of phone calls that lead nowhere. I did three days worth of being your engineer, to fix th problem. Then a further two days calling numbers and getting nowhere. Instead of email, RING ME.

@TalkTalk have an absolute cheek. Connected on a Monday, broken by weds and cancelled by Friday as unfit for purpose yet still you hound me for money! Go away!!

TalkTalk has to be THE worst internet provider! Increasing prices whilst reducing connection. Started the year paying £22 and it’s now at £45 and that’s just for crappy WiFi 🙃 @BBCWatchdog @TalkTalk

Been trying to speak to someone at @TalkTalk past few weeks, being on hold for 2 hours and then when someone answers they cut me off, absolutely fuming. A new customer and this is how I get treated. Made a mistake switching to @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk @margie746 I also live in N22 and have had the same issue for the last year or so!! It never works, I am trying to work from home and I have no internet. Supposedly it is the best in this area, but I find that hard to believe!

@TalkTalk Hello I would like to make a complaint. I cancelled by package last week after my cost for broadband had went to £30 per month and my speed was only 5mbs. It took 2 hours and 15 mins. The guy said Talktalk would be in touch in 24/48 hours to check my complaint. No contact yet
