@talktalk can you kindly stop sending me emails demanding money you aren't owed that give me no option to reply. You expect to ring your call center and be kept waiting for hours at a time and still no resolution. Don't ask me to DM, that leads nowhere useful! Call me and discuss

@TalkTalk Absolutely the worst people if you just come out of an abusive relationship and trying to leave dont expect any sympathy or help infact expect them to just leave the conversation which they did to me i have the full conversation saved to my phone to prove it

@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk No, that's a lie! I've fallen for that before. You eventually direct me to a chain of phone calls that lead nowhere. I did three days worth of being your engineer, to fix th problem. Then a further two days calling numbers and getting nowhere. Instead of email, RING ME.

@TalkTalk Currently a UFO customer. Had an email saying service ending and need to upgrade to full fibre. Rang number on email and they couldn't help, passed to another team who couldn't help, passed to a further team who couldn't help...

@TalkTalk I've already run a a speed test and been advised TalkTalk recognises there is an issue and are addressing it. As for my expectations, well I expected a refund but reading the contract you've 30 days to rectify before I can cancel my contract without penalty. Thanks for nothing.

@virginmedia you have some of the crappest customer service advisors going, you'll have knocked TalkTalk of the worst customer service spot before we know it. How hard is it to get the compensation I'm owed for having no broadband for 10 days.
