@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@talktalk can you kindly stop sending me emails demanding money you aren't owed that give me no option to reply. You expect to ring your call center and be kept waiting for hours at a time and still no resolution. Don't ask me to DM, that leads nowhere useful! Call me and discuss

Absolutely terrible service from TalkTalk! Despite assurances that my 85year old mum would not be left without a phone line, they have disconnected the service today! She needs this for medical emergencies and is a vital service for her. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk gave 30 days notice for the end of our broadband contract and it has been cut off in 6 days. Plus received a bill for November?! Customer service absolutely useless. Been on the phone for 2 hours passed around from person to person. Both work from home. Thanks(!)

@TalkTalk Twice today I've spoken to them done everything that I was asked then told to wait 20 minutes and still not working trouble is when you call your on hold for 30 minutes at least before you speak to someone its not acceptable

@TalkTalk why is it I pay for Fibre 65 yet my internet gets disconnected every evening and night, not only that but my internet has been down for an hour and a half. Ran a live test and it says my line is fine but it's clearly not.Why am I paying for something that rarely works?

@talktalk part 1. this will be the last time i give you the chance to act like a proper company, 2 weeks ago i signed up for full fibre, 2 days later i cancelled for personal reason, i have wasted about 5 hours online and on the phone trying to cancel my account.
