@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

In a time where we are so reliant on our Internet connections I would discourage anyone from considering using @TalkTalk... patchy connection and impossible to get through to customer service 😡

After @TalkTalk took over 2 weeks and 4 complaints to install our broadband, it appears they have charged £40 to my account for having sent out an engineer to get us up and running Worst company I have dealt with in a long time Will probably need to spend hours on phone again

@TalkTalk first working day in 2021, two self employed people who due to Tier 4 have no viable alternative to work elsewhere; we have no internet or solution; reply from your CEO office. Fairly impressive don’t you think... hopefully you can spot the irony

@TalkTalk Your advert says fibre broadband for everyone. We can't get any internet through our line never mind broadband. Rural communities don't count as everyone?
