@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk Absolutely the worst people if you just come out of an abusive relationship and trying to leave dont expect any sympathy or help infact expect them to just leave the conversation which they did to me i have the full conversation saved to my phone to prove it

@TalkTalk do you always fob your customers off? Just rang to ask why my internet is down and was greeted with a lady saying she doesn't know why it's down and she's got no idea when it will be back on. Am I getting refunded?

@TalkTalk No, he was named on the account only. We have tried resetting log in details and been denied on the phone repeatedly. They never had an email address registered to the account as far as he can remember.
