    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely the worst people if you just come out of an abusive relationship and trying to leave dont expect any sympathy or help infact expect them to just leave the conversation which they did to me i have the full conversation saved to my phone to prove it

    @PedroStephano @virginmedia Both TalkTalk routers or the Netgear when plugged in don’t give me internet. Openreach told me my line was unstable. TalkTalk profile was set at 3 instead of minimum 6 but despite all that they conclude it’s my router causing the issues. I don’t see how neither of 3 works

    @TalkTalk tried to cancel my out of contract connection and Dillan in retention could not do it as his manager was not there. Then wanted 30 days notice reduced to 6 days even though we have no internet. He gave up and hung up

    and call me back - no call ever received. I am still unable to find a resolution or able to complain.I will now try contacting the ombudsman direct as I have tried so many times and keep being fobbed off.TalkTalk have provided me with the worst custservice I have ever experience
