@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk “We're here to help everyday” Really? We were without our landline for 13 days. Now seeking arrangements for compensation which @Ofcom state we are automatically eligible for, and TalkTalk are doing all they can to avoid payment and resolution. Appalling customer service.

@TalkTalk intermittent internet issue for 2 MONTHS. Cust services won't log a fault. Complaint logged but no one calls back. The WORST service, having to resort to twitter. If you are thinking of talktalk - just don't.

@TalkTalk Following your reply to my review on TrustPilot, perhaps you might like to re-read it. My father contacted YOUR engineer (ie an employee of TalkTalk) to cancel the appointment - FREE given his age in the words of YOUR employee who did the line check.)
