    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @TalkTalk my partner's gran is isolating alone and is 86 years old. Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. Any help would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I've had problems with them in the past and it doesn't help that their call centres are somewhere in Asia. I ditched them after the second time and found those with UK based call centres to be much better. I won't be returning to TT.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup This is why I'm leaving them, had problems with the broadband not connecting and continuously having to switch the router on and off, and the youview box had endless problems with that, they said its my aerial so I changed it, still the problem persisted retuning it 😡😡😡

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.
