  @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.   @TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
