A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

Hello @TalkTalk I’m facing regular problems with network connection dropping, this has been an ongoing issue and hasn’t improved. My neighbours, albeit with other providers are also having similar problems that are being investigated independent. I can’t work remotely like this.

@combatpoverty @TalkTalk I am also in EH26 and my talktalk wifi is down! Is it linked? Can anyone help please, it just told me to turn off my router for 20 minutes so I’m just waiting to see if that works…
