    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk I cannot connect to my works network at home. I have connected both through WiFi and Ethernet cable and it still will not work. I can connect to works network through my phone hotspot and it works fine. I have tried everything PLEASE HELP I AM HAVING A NIGHTMARE
