@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@TalkTalk Isn't the point of doing this in the early hours to prevent service disruptions, as opposed to causing issues all week long like you have? I've spent my days off trying to fix my speed being at 500Kbps instead of the 78Mb we're paying for and been told there's no problem.

Thank you talktalk for being the biggest waste of time ever, in contact every two days for you to fix my wifi for only a couple of hours. And when we do get wifi its less than a quarter of what we pay in our plan, so we get jackshit connection. *******. Fed. Up.
