Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

Anglosaxon (@Angl0sax0n) reported@TalkTalk Talk talk switched over to fibre & provided customers with a new wireless fibre router. This new router does not give the option to SWITH OFF WIRELESS. They have completely disregarded those of us that are sensitive to EMF and have a wired network. DO NOT USE TALK TALK!
