@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

Would have been an easy decision if it was based on morals, and the 40% increase wasnt an issue in December when their CEO said the network was coping fine :/ - I promised myself not to rant

@TalkTalk @Ofcom How is the customer, who is in her 80s and not good with technology meant to make an informed decision with the information on this letter and is unable to access her account online ? Doesn't use chat and if you have to unfortunately ring for assistance all the lines busy?
