The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
