    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @TalkTalk On the day, you had a large number of people in East London including vulnerable people and key workers trying various ways to get an indication you know of a problem in the area. Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

    @TalkTalk I will DM you AGAIN but you have to understand that I have DM’d you every bloody time this happens and I am quite frankly tired of DMing you, because you say the same thing every time and it never helps. Third world countries have more reliable wifi than talktalk. Do better.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    2/2 and not to worry, I’ve had no internet since Monday, spoken to at least 25 different people from all around the globe. My advise to any potential Customer thinking of switching to @TalkTalk would be to avoid this company at all cost.

    So @TalkTalk it’s now 11:55am and my engineers visit was scheduled today between 9-noon, I’ve turned down work and rescheduled other jobs that needed doing so I can be home for your engineers,I rang you this morning to confirm the appointment and you told me it’s was booked 1/2

    @virginmedia Now my contract with virgin media finished in April 2022 now I have to decide whether I stay with virgin or go to sky or talktalk I still have not heard if i get any compensation for loss of TV service

    @TalkTalk The internet here has been off today. My mother had a text off you saying you found a fault and you'll send an engineer to fix it in the next 2 to 3 working days. How is this acceptable? I should be reimbursed for the time without net. I want more information too

    @singsongjim @TalkTalk They wanted the router back also otherwise they'd try and charge me £50 I told them to shove it, I had thrown it away a mont ago, there NOT charging me now as I was never told about having to return it? What a joke. Get everything in writing with these idiots, never again.
