@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

Placed an order with @TalkTalk today - took 2 minutes. Decided to cancel right away, but ofc it goes through their customer service. Been on hold for 1h57 minutes, last 45 mins it says i'm first in line. Yeah right. Best customer service ever!

@TalkTalk my hard of hearing 81 year old mother has been put on an account she does not want. All ‘sold’ by telephone phone. Calling customer service to cancel they put her on hold! Sorry affair taking advantage of that elderly!
