Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

Terrible customer service @TalkTalk please help,placed a fibre order 13days ago cancelled after 3days, was told to wait 5days for an email and no email,called and told no cancellation on file,cancelled again and 5days passed,not cancelled. Now 3rd time trying!should not difficult
