    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I'm pretty similar, have SkyGlass but broadband connection at home is so crap it keeps freezing. Got told I can't upgrade my broadband as there's no capacity in the cabinet :( That's from every broadband provider near me

    @TalkTalk :for 6 months you supplied zero service to my property. I asked for a fix every week. I paid every month. I cancel service, you continue to bill me. Ignore my cancel requests on calls + chat. Now you send collections? Your organisation is criminal.
