    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says itโ€™s being dealt with when it clearly isnโ€™t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk part 2 they have sent me several routers, engineers and I have spent HOURS and I mean HOURS on the phone to them with no solution offered!

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldnโ€™t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk Hi Zach, as per my previous tweet no Internet since yesterday. Orange light only on a modem. We called you twice and second time we were told there was an outage. Please check other tweets and messages as people are commenting on it quite a lot.

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we canโ€™t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    Hey @TalkTalk, your call centre staff didn't actually confirm our change to a new service. TWICE. we were due to start the new service on 2nd September but now won't until 7th October. 2 engineer visits we believed existed were missed. So, according to ofcom, you owe us ยฃ226.76.

    Hi @TalkTalk, I haven't had broadband in my house for 4 weeks. You have run countless 'tests' and have sent an engineer twice to apparently 'fix the issue'. But still nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been appalling all around from the start. Can you resolve this!
