@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

@Izza99768007 @TalkTalk Won’t have internet until 23rd when there sending engineer out to install direct fibre and hopefully sort the problem out, also said if we wanted to cancel it was £70 cancellation fee & again it would be December 22nd contract would end, so again a month without internet or phone

Now @TalkTalk are holding the line so her new company cannot connect there line. And are saying another month before the line is free. Shocking. Do not recommend. May be without wifi for another month now. If someone from @TalkTalk who can help with this immediately.

@TalkTalk Over 48 hrs now since fibre installed, no connection on old or new equipment now. Cannot get through on phone lines or webchat, get occasional reply on on a forum of all places but just can't get through to anyone about not having a service to use. Disgusting service
