Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

I have to say @TalkTalk customer service is AWFUl. I’ve had TEN calls drop off since yesterday and they were supposed to get @CityFibre to call us back about the issues we are having with our connection. Still no call 1/2
