    @TalkTalk trying to contact your customer services is supposed to be open from 8am 7 days a week and keep being told you are closed - how do I speak to someone for assistance?

    @TalkTalk once more your service is down. What is happening now? This is awful, I can't wait to finish our contract. Can somebody please make this work ASAP? I am working from home and you are not reliable at all. I am so extremely disappointed, please help now.

    @TalkTalk hi I still need help sorting out my Internet. It was very frustrating yesterday when I had gone through various checks with someone via DM only to then not get a response for 4 hours.

    @TalkTalk My internet went down about 2 hours ago and no sign of it coming back yet. Working off 4G data at the moment. And it’s affected my Sky . Any idea what time it’ll be back again?

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk hello? Assistance ASAP please? I have no service and I am still paying for it. How is this possible? You provide a terrible cheap service and I am literally losing my money. This is unacceptable. I demand reimbursement andy service fixed ASAP please.

    @TalkTalk Support is essentially read list of questions to try pin fault to your hardware, when that doesnt work its a line test, if that comes back ok you dont have a problem and they dont want to know. My daily reminder - Dont join them ever for the sake of your health!

    @TalkTalk I am also still on hold to an advisor on the phone for an HOUR! And we were told to upgrade our package to fix the problem! This is honestly soooooo embarrassing for @TalkTalk

    I have left TalkTalk about 3wks =but they are still sending me bills for a service i do not have -i have removed there line for the internent - more #STRESS

    @TalkTalk Already sent multiple DMs, where I was asked my name 3 times, 3 line checks done, followed by staff telling me a £5000 PC isn't powerful enough to run multiple programs and that "that the reason your Internet may FEEL slow". All staff do is read a list of questions ....

    @TalkTalk What further help can you offer me ? If you read the DM's ive already sent, you will see 2 people have asked me all the same basic questions, done the same line test and then told me they cannot do anything. So what are you going to do different ? Pickup from the DM's sent.
