@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

Spent the day talking to @TalkTalk as my elderly grandparents have been without landline or broadband for a couple of days. They won’t send someone to fix it for another 11 days even though they rely on the landline for their emergency messaging service
