@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@claudelittner @TalkTalk So you have discovered just how dependant you are on this one feeble connection? Always have a backup option. Talktalk are especially hopeless. And when the next thunderstorms arrive, if any part of your service is overhead, unplug the line from the router.
