@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@for29years Top tip: simply change your ISP to TalkTalk. Come the day your connection will almost certainly be faulty. In unlikely event of working internet inform colleagues you can't make it due to TT service fail, & all will believe.

@TalkTalk my mother phoned in November and 10th Dec and you confirmed that her services would be cancelled with no fees today as you couldn’t provide a service at her new home. You haven’t bothered to do this- shockingly bad customer service from you yet again. Not happy at all.
