    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @TalkTalk instead of sending and engineer out to fix my 80 year old dementia ridden mums router you want to post out a new router which can take up to week to arrive even though you know her lifeline and Fall sensor is attached to her internet ?? Have i got that right?
