@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@FFScout_Joe @TalkTalk I am in complete agreement with you Joe. I had endless issues with TalkTalk as my ISP, that were purely down to their complete inability to communicate. They do great offers, but their customer service is non-existent.
