@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@Lahmage Legit cheaper right now than what I’m paying, because life were on a rolling contract so I get it but I don’t mind paying slightly extra for better customer support. Honestly used to rave about talktalk support they used to always be super good now it’s dire.

@TalkTalk Yes, no problem with webmail. just the mail settings in thunderbird don't seem to last on the new recommended settings and have to revert back to the old settings. Now OK on old settings and will try the new ones some other time.
