@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

I'm a brand new customer with @TalkTalk only to be screwed over and not have the router turn up before the engineer. And now there's no clear date on the delivery of the router. Very disappointed. Honestly considering dropping for another provider at this point
