Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

You messaged y/day (an hour before you shut) to tell me I need to book an appointment with an engineer within 48 hours! No ones got back to me about booking the appointment, your WhatsApp service doesn't respond, sort it out!!!!

Alan George (@ytfcalan) reported@TalkTalk I've just had an engineer visit, he's escalated our problem saying openreach need to sort our line into the house. As soon as he's left you've texted me to ask if everything is ok and if not go to a link to a bot chat! This is ridiculous.
