    @TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    Can fully say @TalkTalk has got to be one of the worst internet providers I have seen, constantly loosing connection for the last week and keep being told that the connection has been fixed and then next day there’s a fault again 🙄

    @TalkTalk I can't run your live service test because the router says its connected but there's no response from webpages - hence is DNS problem. Why can't you just post public service info on a public facing page for reference? This is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk I was out on hold and told was in a queue of 8 at 10 this morning. Ring back an hour ago to be in a queue of 28, used your ring back service twice. Only want to find out who’s name is in the bill as we’ve moved house and who’s liable for it.

    Seems it was a problem with the TalkTalk server. I successfully resent with gmail.

    @TalkTalk OK I have now given my 30 days notice. Why are you all in denial @TalkTalk? You sold me a deal 18 months ago. It said NO MID CONTRACT price increases! Yet this is exactly what you did. No excuses, no hiding behind T&Cs. False advertising at its worst.
