@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

If you’re in the UK and need Wi-Fi never us @TalkTalk I Never got through to someone in the UK. Could barely hear them as their connection was terrible. And the people dealing with my problem didn’t have a clue how to fix it.

@TalkTalk I sent a DM yesterday, and was told that unless HP could tell me how to connect my printer to the internet I would be stuck with an 18 month contract where I can't use my wifi printer. Really not impressed, considering that the problem only started when I switched to Taalk Talk.
