    .@TalkTalk my router is showing the white LED to suggest it's all working and the service centre isn't showing any problems, but it just won't connect to the internet and the speed has been consistently lower than the guaranteed speed over the past few days. Any ideas?

    @TalkTalk I tried. Despite almost £37 a month coming out of our bank account (which I proved) they asked how I was billed? We haven’t had a bill for years? Sorry can’t help you then was their reply. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to change provider
