    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk your service is a joke right now! No internet all night last night. Still none this morning. Online it says phone line opens at 8am but you ring and it says we are currently closed! What is going on…..I’m working from home and have children trying to home school!!!

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No more than 2/3 hrs connection per day since 20th June. Engineers "sort" the issue for it to go down 10 mins later. Shitshow. Come payment time I'm tempted to pay for what I've received...

    @TalkTalk Really let down by this company. Looking forward to a second weekend without a phoneline or broadband. Could of been fixed yesterday if you'd sent the right engineer.
