Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk hello. Our internet connection has been intermittently poor since yesterday. My wife is working from home and it took her ages to upload and download work yesterday. Very poor.

@Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk I have no option but to cancel my dd as there are charges on my line that I haven’t made. Engineer has been out sorted the issue. However it’s difficult to get through to you and when I do your customer services go through the whole thing again.

@TalkTalk please help because your customer service operator couldn't listen to us long enough to understand that we can't run diagnostics because one of the power cables you gave us has stopped working. We need a new cable. You can't run diagnostics. It has no power.

@TalkTalk I have no internet in he Rainham, Kent ME8 postcode area. Are there any known issues? The internet (red) LED is on and steady. The wireless and Ethernet (green) LEDs are blinking. The power and broadband LEDs (Green) are on and steady.
