Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Hi, my emails have stopped sending using either webmail or my iPhone. On my iPhone it says my password is incorrect. Retyped it in and error still remains. Can you help?

@Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk has the worst customer service experience EVER! Trying to make a payment over the phone was by far the most painful experience I have ever had. I spoke to 3 different people in the Philippines and the connection was awful. This took 50 mins!!! #notconnected
