@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

Blooming @TalkTalk is driving me mad. For over an hour I’ve been trying to switch off scam protection as it is blocking my work website and it keeps telling me to phone up. I’ve followed all the steps that they persist in telling me is the only way to fix it 1/2

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

It’s terrible I need to rely on my mobile data to watch stuff on my PS4 because half the time @TalkTalk is weak as hell. WIFI AND Ethernet cable and it’s too weak to connect.

@TalkTalk you make effective communication with yr company very difficult. I would like to email a complain. Please advise how as you have no option on yr website & the info required for a letter is prohibitive. Your customer support could not assist as yr system is down again.

@TalkTalk I have been on to call centre for 1 hour & 30 minutes to get a engineer booked from my auntie who is 85 to fix her landline, they end the call without booking an engineer, very annoying 😡😤
