@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

Just had the single worst @TalkTalk customer service experience EVER!!! This is a RANT so be warned lmao!! So last week, on the 29th, I saw an engineer finish installing Fiber to my flat. I was over the moon so upgraded my #TalkTalk package to Fiber65 through my account online

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk called in February to say I would not be continuing with the contract which was accepted (so I thought) - new provider took over 21/03/22. TalkTalk took a DD of £36.95 for April. Returned equipment. But won’t refund me as my new provider didn’t tell them to cancel?!🤯🤯
