@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

been baffled for the past few weeks why my internet craps out at about midnight then discover talktalk automatically enables “homework time” ?? wtf would’ve been nice to know
