mikecee77 (@mikecee77) reported@Wins_Jenn @WallStreetApes @CAgovernor Well, it’s easier to see a problem while you are in the middle of it, then before the problem occurs… then talkTalk about it…
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@edsxevents Talktalk and "great leadership" in the same post? Aren't they frantically selling off parts of the company before they go bust? Take one look at their customer service reviews and ask whether "the right trade-offs" include offshoring customer support.
-

Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.
-
Turbo (@Retrogodammed) reported@TalkTalk whats up with your service man?
-
MillerJones (@MillerJ04480452) reported@ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment? How can they take money if they are the one sending it to them? A lot of the story doesn't make sense. That company just like VM r know to b awful
