@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk Customer service is so terrible that after 2 engineers & 15hrs+ of tech team chats, no one has been able to fix the wifi for the last 2 & 1/2 wks, and then when I try and call to cancel my contract, the phone lines are closed when advertised as being open. Sums it up.
