Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

I never get phone calls from other services/insurances/energy companies telling me to move to a better plan in their own company - they prefer I paid more.
