    @TalkTalk Hi Zach, as per my previous tweet no Internet since yesterday. Orange light only on a modem. We called you twice and second time we were told there was an outage. Please check other tweets and messages as people are commenting on it quite a lot.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk part 2 they have sent me several routers, engineers and I have spent HOURS and I mean HOURS on the phone to them with no solution offered!

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @TalkTalk you are appalling. 2 key workers, through no fault of theirs, couldn’t get WiFi reception. They accommodated your engineers many times. No good. You kept them on the phone for hours. Turned out they weren’t even getting the package they paid for. You were no help!

    @dburdon @TalkTalk @tristiaharrison decided to upgrade my broadband services without consulting me and now I am without internet till 21st of June (from 01/06). Complaint have been raised to no avail. I am in severe financial problems as I can’t work from home. Care to help?

    Openreach contractors fitted a new telephone pole on the street yesterday afternoon. Have been without WiFi since. TalkTalk broadband is an absolute joke. Paying for a service that spends more time down. Would rather up my mobile data. At least it's reliable!

    @TalkTalk Happy to but I must have my Sky sports ASAP. Since having my fast broadband everyday I have to switch off my your view box to get any service. This is now unacceptable

    @WatfordScot @TalkTalk My vulnerable friend has been out of phone service for over two weeks, I can understand your frustration. Never experienced such awful service. They have made numerous appointments which they have not kept.
