@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

So my in-laws and brother in law have been without internet for about 5 days! My brother in law is having to put his mum and dad at risk of #COVID as he is having to go into the school where he teaches to work! Many calls & emails to @TalkTalk have not been answered! Very poor!

Let me leave Talktalk to move to Sky..Sky is turning out to be no better than talktalk with their poor customer service..if it wasn't for my son I wouldn't bother..I would just use my phone for Internet...
