    @TalkTalk I will DM you AGAIN but you have to understand that I have DMโ€™d you every bloody time this happens and I am quite frankly tired of DMing you, because you say the same thing every time and it never helps. Third world countries have more reliable wifi than talktalk. Do better.

    @latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Skyโ€™s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. Thatโ€™s who Iโ€™ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... Iโ€™m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Donโ€™t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    @TalkTalk the worst company in the world! No working internet for six months! Now need to cancel as I am moving home! They canโ€™t do that!!! They can only keep charging me for a service that does not work!!!!

    Real world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

    @edsxevents Talktalk and "great leadership" in the same post? Aren't they frantically selling off parts of the company before they go bust? Take one look at their customer service reviews and ask whether "the right trade-offs" include offshoring customer support.

    @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can

    @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
