    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @TalkTalk once more your service is down. What is happening now? This is awful, I can't wait to finish our contract. Can somebody please make this work ASAP? I am working from home and you are not reliable at all. I am so extremely disappointed, please help now.

    @TalkTalk I hate this company and have been trying to close my account for 4 months. The website does not allow me to login and pay bills. They do not have an email or easily found phone number to contact them by. The chat is unreliable and has not resolved my issues.

    @TalkTalk we spent 3 and a half hr on the phone with two talk talk staff . Stil I have no email up and running . Why can’t they do this it’s awful service

    so much hassle trying to cancel our @TalkTalk contract after the price rise. Then trying to tell us we had a variable contract (I have the order email stating fixed price) ... now to wait for “back office” to accept our cancellation 😴. What a drama 😶.

    @TalkTalk day 5 of connection I've barely reached 7mbps when I'm paying for 65! If its not sorted soon it'll be the end of our contract. I've got two phones connected that's it. Shockingly awful.
