The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄
