    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk Unless you’re offering to reimburse my 12 days with no WiFi access whilst being a TalkTalk customer - oh and half a days pay as I’ve had to also cancel work today because of your poor time keeping engineers .. think I will be leaving within the cooling off period tbh.

    @TalkTalk Well a simple question and yet you just wanna make it a bigger issue and longer answer as your tech team could just do it without my mother having to spend hours waiting on the phone I have tried Googling for the answer but irrelevant to what I am asking
