    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @YAGWG @TalkTalk @googlechrome I can't speak for WiFI or on the computer as this won't have any connection to us. But if you are having trouble accessing the website only one our SIM on mobile data, then check if the Adult Content Filter is enabled as this can flag/block sites. (1)

    @TalkTalk DISGUSTING RUBBISH SERVICE THEY CONSTANTLY LIE. I was on a standard package then offered to upgrade to fibre which I did but fibre broadband NEVER worked and I kept being charged double.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @TalkTalk @googlechrome Hi, I'm on an iD Mobile rolling contract SIM. I tried accessing this site yesterday on the mobile network. A little clever working of the URL allows the site to work. (I'm seeing the same thing on my computer on my WiFi and broadband).

    @TalkTalk your customer 'service' is nothing short of disgusting. I wonder if someone can look into my complaint CMP-268790 for me, please? Case has been escalated and a manager was supposed to call today at 5pm but he didn't.
