@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

@TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@TalkTalk My internet is currently down, plus I've been having loads of issues with distance and speeds in the house, then you sent me a booster that did nothing and wouldn't connect to my router when over 7 meters. 150 fibre which I get when hugging the router and ~30 Mbps everywhere else
