Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

@TalkTalk It’s impossible to raise a complaint regarding your renewal process and unacceptably long waiting times. A customer complaints manager was due to revert within 24 to 48 hours and this never happened. Unacceptable and disappointing customer service for long term loyal customer!!

@TalkTalk Where have I talked about cancellation!!! I am talking about restoring service for the remaining 30 days, I have to pay for.6 of those days, no internet. Cancellation is already sorted. I've just been told by an agent, that all my devices are faulty. How?
