@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

Why is it physically impossible to contact anyone from an Internet provider? Told them we don't have an aerial for the TV and Internet so they send us a TV box and Internet box WITHOUT an aerial...?! @TalkTalk you are going to lose another customer because of bad customer service

@TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk Changing to a new provider is much quicker than it used to be nowadays. OFCOM put procedures in place so people were without service for a minimum of time (usually less than a few days depending on how quick previous supplier release the line)

If you think that this has nothing to do with us here in the UK you are wrong. Many of our Telephone Call Centres are in South Africa and TalkTalk have told me that today their service is Disrupted.
