Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!!
