@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@Kallum_Of_York @TalkTalk @YorkDigitalCity Hi Kallum, we have it. I don’t like the TV set up as much as the virgin one we had previously, but it is less than half the cost and no issues with the broadband. Recommend talking to the UFO team direct as even the rest of talktalk don’t seem aware of it!

@ClaireH_NN @TalkTalk This is absolutely terrible. We have had no wifi for a week and going around in circles too. You should be able to get your early exit fee wavered as its them that broke the contract, not you. Good luck.

@MartinLewis What to do about #TalkTalk trying to continue charging after property completion date/broadband equipment returned. Informed them on 15th Sept weren’t renewing contract due to end on 23rd Sept. They had last DD payment on 31Aug for 23Aug-22Sept Worst comp ever.

Eight times @TalkTalk customer complaints team were supposed to call in three weeks, zero times they actually have. Every time a date and time is set, the call never materialises at said date or time. Always a text to postpone. Beyond appalling
