Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

We finally managed to sign up to a fibre broadband package, what a joke there has been no improvement in our service however it has become worse. I have emailed TalkTalk on 06/05/2021 no reply from them or Acknowledgement. #talktalk
