@TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

Is @TalkTalk actually ******* joking? I cancelled my service on the first day of my 30 day cool off period and then I got billed £60 and now it’s been ******* rejected? I’ve called 6 times now about this and I’ve missed a car insurance payment. This is a ******* joke
