You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.
