@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

TalkTalk is by far the worst service provider company I have ever had dealings with. The so called “guaranteed” broadband speeds are almost never close and we have even had as low as 4mb/s on a 500mb line. Trying to contact them has been impossible. @TalkTalk

Appalling service from @TalkTalk. Lost 1hr 40 minutes of my life yesterday talking to 3 reps who could not help. No @FreeviewTV working at all; and no landline. All this happening 5 days after new connection installed. Coincidence? I don't think so! #badservice #fraud #useless

Hi @TalkTalk, there was a dodgy log-on attempt to my Facebook account from a Chrome browser on Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) located in Epsom UK with IP 2.100.94.200 which is one of yours. Is there anything you can do to stop illegal activity over your network?
