Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@ledo105 @TalkTalk @netflix Hi Leah, mine was fixed by switching and unplugging the eero router from the wall. And rebooting. Not sure if 5/10mins is enough, but they advised 30mins. And that did fix it for me.

@TalkTalk I have submitted a complaint and have received a message saying someone will call me between 12-2 tomorrow despite the representative who took the complaint saying they would call me tomorrow at 3:30, if you can’t even call me at the correct time how will you resolve my complaint
