    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk I'm afraid you really don't Took 3.5 hours to resolve Round in circles 4 times Still without internet service for 3-5 days before I will get my appointment Had to take out a new 24 month contract and you even increased the price as a wee bonus

    @TalkTalk why is it so hard to cancel. There is nothing on the app or website to leave. Then when you use the messaging service it chops and changes between people so much that you're left confused as to if its happened or not. Been charged for 3 months now
