I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... Not had a problem since changing to Cloudflare's filtered DNS 1.1.1.3 (to protect little ones), but 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8 are both good.
