@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

Internet running at 1.6 when I should have fibre and now my phone line is not working. @TalkTalk and you put my bill up, how can justify this!
