    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk hi I still need help sorting out my Internet. It was very frustrating yesterday when I had gone through various checks with someone via DM only to then not get a response for 4 hours.

    @TalkTalk Urgh nothing but issues with talktalk. Incapable of providing and delivering what they offer. Soon as the contracts up I’m off and so are my friends. Anyone I know who use these have nothing but poor connection, poor service. STAY WELL CLEAR PEOPLE

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I spent 25 minutes on hold to your call centre only to be cut off and told it’s closed. I just want to cancel my account. You are a disgrace- I had to find the tel number on u switch as it isn’t on your website. I’ve sent multiple tweets and been ignored

    @TalkTalk Yes, I know you've all pulled this stunt. This however doesn't detract from the fact that my Internet isn't working. The router is the one you sent me 2 months ago. So it shouldn't be that. I am not spending my evening trying to diagnose the problem. Please sort it

    @TalkTalk I don’t have the time to call your call centre - please advise how I can cancel my fixed term contract in light of the unacceptable price increases announced today. Pls also advise when this cancellation will take effect- my new provider needs a start date.
