Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had the same with TalkTalk from my mum's house after she passed away. They racked up £600 to be owed to them, after we told them she'd passed away. Eventually spoke to someone with a heart and got it cancelled. We'll never use Talk Talk for anything now.

@TalkTalk left talktalk after yrs as customer due not getting service provided. Broken TV box, told would get replacement. 3 weeks after call, nothing. Now getting messages from DRS for unpaid bill. Initially was £6.72 now £52.64. Spoke to customer svc and was told 1/2
