    @TalkTalk your customer service is absolutely shocking. Was mis-sold your broadband policy so now have a £150 exit fee with my old provider, which you stated I would not have. And now I have no internet and am being charged £50 for an engineers visit?????

    10 days without internet after moving to fiber from copper with @TalkTalk after 6 hours of calling. 4 BT engineer appointments no updates. STILL no internet. So many promised returned calls and updates that never appear. No answers and no solutions. Do not recommend.

    Was just looking through my broadband contract as it’s up in August, TALKTALK is my supplier, never a problem and great speeds however, the wanted to increase my payments by inflation plus 3.7% every April , that coii you ld be a 15% increase , sod that never again talktalk

    @TalkTalk I managed to speak to someone online! We got it back on and then within the hour it was off again! They are sending a new router so I’m basically going to have on / off service for the next few days - hopefully the new router resolved the issues!!!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk this still remains unresolved [Incident: 220610-000453]. Each time I call I am put on hold until the call is disconnected and your complaints team never call me back. None of your staff seem to want to help find a resolution.
