@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Well anyone having horrendous customer service issues with #TalkTalk we sympathise with you. Their staff are untrained to deal with broadband issues. Having tried for 5 days now been left on hold for hours. Pathetically disgusting a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡
