    I just got hit on by TalkTalk technical assistance while trying to fix my WiFi. He told me he loved my accent and asked me if I knew who Calum Scott was (he’s a big fan). Friday night is lit so far.

    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk Worst broadband ever, it never gets above 10 or its off completely, if I have my TV on and decide to go on my phone it freezes, tried to get an engineer out but always get the same old speil and that's if I can get through, steer clear folks!

    @TalkTalk once you join you can never leave. Cancelled my renewal with you in February, 7 months later back on the phone to sort out a debt that shouldn't exist on a contract that I don't have. No:1 in incompetence 👍
