@stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

@Tony85235104 @TalkTalk We've got the same problem we are owed compensation but they stall & lie.. because we didn't answer the phone ( he was driving) they have the cheek to close his complaint via a text. Absolutely useless . Now waiting for a call again No longer a customer thank god!!
