    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After a few searches online, it is clear that this is happening to many other @TalkTalk customers. Your telephone customer service is awful and I’m not getting anywhere. This needs sorting out!
