    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    So... Christmas Eve and our broadband dies. Separated from family and friends because of COVID and now relying on limited 4G to keep in touch and entertain the kids. TalkTalk say it’s and Open rTach problem and could take days... 2020 really is the year that keeps on giving! 😭

    Called @TalkTalk bereavement team to say mum had passed & ask for a short term account, repeatedly, so sec cameras worked The lied they’d set up short term account & now want 11 months payments to cancel Exchanged 20 messages with CustServ & now they want me to call some1 else!🤬

    Raised issue of no landline/broadband with @TalkTalk on 15th December. Still no landline/broadband today & apparently @WeAreOpenreach are now not working until 29th. FUMING.

    @pj7857 @pj7857 Hi Paul, I'm afraid there's a known issue with updating devices which have been left on old software for so long (and so missed key updates). If you were still a TalkTalk subscriber I'm sure they'd be able to replace your box.. Do you see any error when launching ITV Hub?

    @TalkTalk Lucky for the other customers. I was told in the customer service chat on your website earlier today that the quickest I can expect a response is 29th December.
