@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

@TalkTalk currently at 1-3mbps on a wired connection. Sky were a little slow but they never throttled me like you lot have. And you said you would confirm in writing that you can't meet my minimum agreed speed months ago. I've yet to get a confirmation email. Sort it out.
