@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

Help does anyone r eat law gave an issue with their talktalk box n British summer time ours has not moved forward the one hour and everything is out of sink we’ve updated switched off on and although we have not reset to factory setting as we have item saved on the box to keep

@TalkTalk I can not believe I have spent 2 1/2 hours to try to report a fault on my 85 yr old mum telephone land line. Phone lines are busy so went on the online help. Report this fault. This is terrible customer service and leaves vulnerable person at risk. Come on TalkTalk
