@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk I'm paying for a 40 meg service,but I only get 25 meg. You are not helpful at all in fixing my service. My contract ends 14 Feb 2021, u say my service is being renamed and offering another 2 years. The speed of same service being offered "67 meg!" Yes is a joke right!
