I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
