@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

Right, my advice to anyone if you can avoid it. Do NOT take out broadband with @TalkTalk. The service is a joke. I got cut off earlier when explaining my issue. The agent wouldn’t even respond to my questions. Been told I don’t have internet for 2-3 days I am cancelling.

@TalkTalk Multiple tests have been conducted. What else is left to test? The state of entropy in the copper wires between my house and the telephone exchange? The very sub atomic particles of the diodes and semiconductors. Alas My router is broken beyond remote intervention.
