@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk started a service with you which was installed and working with no issues. Then all of a sudden it’s cancelled and customer service has given us no answers. Now we are without internet for 2 more weeks and no compensation. Absolutely abysmal service and shocking company
