    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to resolve connection issues and spoken to 9 different people. Please can you get someone to call me either resolving my issue or cancelling my contract.

    @stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

    @TalkTalk No WiFi at all- the light on the router has been red for 2 hours at least now and my grandparents a mile away are also experiencing problems

    @TalkTalk Any customer with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup be aware this company stole over £1000 from me for services I never requested and are using a long term illness I suffer from to avoid refunding me. Essentially because I was too ill to contact them earlier, their error is my fault.

    Looks like I have no choice now. Coz I'm not going on the pull, am I? Thanks to talktalk *eye roll* and they haven't even taken their stupid direct debit and the money is sitting their like 'spend me I'm yours' but it's not so days I've wrathed that I have no escape from this.

    @TalkTalk’s service is so archaic that they have left us without Wi-Fi for nearly two weeks. We have complained but the paltry compensation they offer doesn’t begin to address the level of inconvenience! Will escape the contract with them ASAP!

    @TalkTalk Been a customer since 2016 without a hitch. You tried to charge me £50 for not returning my own router that I paid for and have cut me off because of it. Where is the sense in that. I've tried to sort it out over chat but there are never any agents available. #TalkTalk
