Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@TalkTalk I’m not DM’ing, I’ve got a call on Monday. I’ve wasted hours of my time faffing about on DM’s then a 2nd engineer from Brighsparks comes 8 days after the @WeAreOpenreach engineer installed the router with the wrong cable and you have charged me for this. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4

@louisenatashaxo @TalkTalk Mines also been down for the past 2 days.. was on the phone to them this morning for about an hour and half with two people for them to try to ‘fix’ it their side literally asking me to turn it on and off and reset it every 5 mins for them to basically give up in the end.
