To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

Latest person “Sam” went silent after confirming she was going to record me for terms and conditions to cancel. Everything is unplugged, where do I send it?

(Chat while on the phone - multi-tasking your never ending scam). It’s frankly disgusting and I will now be moving my mother away from you as well.
