@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Why can't it be simple? Why can't TalkTalk just pop a PSU in the post? But no. They have to: *Book an engineer *Cancel that engineer *Have me talk to 3 people *Rebook the engineer, and... Ready for this... *Not plug in the working adjustable PSU I have until the engineer turns up
