TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Not Telling You (@NotTell24055912) reported@currys you are currently giving the 100% worst customer service i've experienced since leaving TalkTalk 10 years ago. You should be ashamed. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.
-
Yotboy (@Yotboyo) reported@SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.
-
MR COOL (@Lifeline04India) reported@TalkTalk talk Talk is Down Globally? Please confirm as ur support team is pathetic
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@edsxevents Talktalk and "great leadership" in the same post? Aren't they frantically selling off parts of the company before they go bust? Take one look at their customer service reviews and ask whether "the right trade-offs" include offshoring customer support.
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@petergrant076 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They appear to be going bust. They are desperate not to issue refunds, or make goodwill payments if they can possibly avoid it. They've even dropped their X based support to save costs.
-
reallyuselessboxes (@getinowherefast) reportedToday's big bad apple is @TalkTalk shocking service. Nearly as bad as @OfficialFV
-
John F Newall (@thenewalls) reported@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help

G (@gilbertsanchz) reportedReal world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

John Peeling 🇺🇦 (@Tambourineman88) reported@TalkTalk how do I log in, getting "We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked." message

Rose 🌹 (@RoseOfSeraph) reported@DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant
