@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

@IheanyiIbe @TalkTalk I left talktalk due to rubbish service, now have 5G with three. No set up, no need for openreach, works straight out box, can take with us on hols. Speeds vary from amazing to average but comes with 4G backup so has never completely fell over. If in coverage area would recommend.
