    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

I was advised by an agent on twitter to carry out a factory reset on the box, on chat I was led to believe that I was the only person with the problem.     Absolute shocking customer service from @TalkTalk. No fibre since 23rd, 2 failed openreach engineer appointments where they were sent to the wrong COUNTRY! Then has the cheek to charge for missed apt.Hrs on phone trying to resolve and the call handler laughs in my face.
