@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@Ofcom Yes @talktalk has refused to close my account and cancel my contract, they have also repeatedly refused to give me an address to write to about canceling my contract. They need investigation. I have now found a complaints address and written to them. I should not have to do this.

@TalkTalk Yes thank you. Service has resumed again. Why has this seemingly become such a reoccurring problem with Tiscali emails? It's created a lot of extra work checking to see if emails have arrived when replies haven't been received. I now have to use Gmail as well

@TalkTalk Yes and I hjave done that, but I should not have had to complain or make multiple calls and chat sessions to close an account, its just disgusting service and possibly infringing Ofcom rules and guidelines.

@TalkTalk What's the point of that? You only have to look at the many other tweets that are reporting the same problem to realise this is a wider issue. It's all become rather tedious when you rely on email for work
