@TalkTalk hi, I have a fault with my phone line that an engineer is coming out to fix. It hasn't worked since March. Are you able to check the date that it last worked? I know it was 11th March but need verification. Thanks

@virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

@TalkTalk I’ve just wasted 5 and half hours trying to resolve an issue with my emails. The last time was 3 and half hour’s. The issue, I may add you caused and still not resolved. What a circus you run of incompetent agents in customer service. I thought @eBay_UK were bad enough.
