    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    @TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk As soon as they moved to a different provider - with the same lines coming in to the property - their problems disappeared almost instantly (after setting up their home networks properly & having a provider that had a much higher uptime).

    @TalkTalk Hi we have been having lots of problems with our TV box have phoned up 3 times and followed the instructions but it is still having issues. How do we get a new box? , we have to reset it 5 or 6times a day now.

    @TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk Since I started working in the tech industry over 30 years ago there has always been one company that I would never recommend to customers as not met a single person who has had a happy experience with the company in question & that company is TalkTalk.

    @TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk Tbh since been with SKY, I have had very few problems & any problems I did have were down to the actual lines themselves/OpenReach not listening to me (same when I had Virgin - I told the engineers what the problem was but they didn’t listen until 2yrs later & it then worked!)
