Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

@TalkTalk @Keir_1976 Sorry to jump in on this but we have had upwards of 10 calls in the last 2 days of someone claiming to be from your technical support dept and it is clearly a scam, the number is 004987127493
