@TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@TalkTalk worst WiFi company ever if you want to cancel. Why should I pay for 2 separate WiFis? Let me cancel my contract now? I will not pay penalties and fines so stop threatening me! Will never use them again. You aren’t allowed to cancel or complain.

@TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed with the way you treat your customers. Over one month ago my network was disrupted after a fibre upgrade and ever since then I have been calling and chatting your customer service to help me restore my internet,all my effort was to no avail😭

@TalkTalk I had no internet for 2 weeks! I had to pay for 4g internet during this time while it got sorted. I now received an extra £50 charge in my bill? Talktalk owes me 2 weeks compensation, haven't even got back to me about my lodged complaint, and are changing me for what?!
