They’ve gone through the diagnostic tests about 10 times and an engineer has been out from Openreach who says there is no problem with the BT fibre box and I have full high speed fibre. I’m at my wits end!

@TalkTalk So the man I just spoke to in the cancellations department put the phone down on me! This is not acceptable. I want to cancel my contract. It ends at the of Feb but am being told that I’ll have to pay to 3rd March as it’s 30 days notice. I had my renewal email only yesterday
