    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

    Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

    @TalkTalk You say the services are reduced... criminals there never have been any services. Sort it Your TalkTalk services are restricted due to an unpaid overdue balance on your account. Please pay the outstanding amount of £25.00 today so we can get you back online as soon as possible

    @dpouliot @talktalk We live in a very crooked world. TalkTalk internet company could not provide service to my daughter for technical reason but refuse to return deposit and threaten and want more. They are crooked greedy company. Need exposing here.

    @TalkTalk My friend tried to cancel by web chat and after going through all the stuff they said the account had been "prepared ready to be cancelled" and she had to call to finish it off, which is dumb in itself, a horrible sales tactic.

    @TalkTalk Over 48 hrs now since fibre installed, no connection on old or new equipment now. Cannot get through on phone lines or webchat, get occasional reply on on a forum of all places but just can't get through to anyone about not having a service to use. Disgusting service
