I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
