    @TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

    @DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

    @peterwalker99 Problem is, many companies’ service is so bad (BT, @phonecoop, @TalkTalk etc) that “free broadband” is likely to be as bad as, if not worse than dialup. Bring on the smoke signals…

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    So far: - 2w to "install" during which they finally decided I dont need engineer (but didn't tell me) - activated. doesnt work - OpenReach realised package I'm on still needs copper, so just change TalkTalk to full fibre - TalkTalk tell me fibre is **not available in our area**

    Feeling very clever as I've managed to install my new TalkTalk router and connect all my devices successfully without any problems! On Monday they switch my existing BT line to a superfast fibre line which will provide much faster internet speeds.

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, I've still not been able to speak to anyone about renewing my Ultra Fibre Optic deal. I just spent 1hr 30 on hold to the UFO team only to be cut off without speaking to anyone. I spent 2hrs on hold last week with no success. Please can someone help me?!?

    Just called @TalkTalk and said "There's an offer on your website, can you give me some info?" ... "I'm sorry sir we don't have that offer in the call centre, you'll have to deal with that online".I'd be out of a job if I took that approach to customers #talktalk #stupid #business

    @TalkTalk But the problem is you let us pick the date of the 11th on your website but are now telling us that we can’t have that date. We’ve planned our move around this and now we’re finding out we won’t have internet for well over a week after that.

    At the rate the repair of my home internet is going, I wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk future fibre to my worst enemy. I have spent over 4 hours of the last 26 on the phone to them trying to get it sorted and it's still not going anywhere

    Once a-*******-gain Virgin Media proves to have a worse time keep itself online than even TalkTalk, but hey at least this abysmal country only has awful WiFi providers
