Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk So finally cancelled the contract and but still no compensation. So I paid for a service I never had from the 12 August and 3 half days waiting for engineers that were never booked and hours of phone calls . Can you please sort this

Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

Not so shocking news. @TalkTalk still is one of the worst ISPs. Now blocking WebSDR HTTP servers and NTP servers. Completely nuts.

Without internet since Monday! No connection at all! @TalkTalk has left me without any solution and just told me I still need to wait for mor 5 working days to investigate… even that I have ran tests with their support for over one hour! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Warning to anyone thinking of switching to Vodafone: check your phone can do WiFi at 5 GHz. Mine (inexplicably - thanks Motorola!) only does 2.4 and the Vodafone router is HORRIFIC at that. Constantly drops. Can't change channel. Never had any issues with Talktalk.

@G0Trt @TalkTalk Indeed, had a friend working there way back so subscribed to them (this was before multiple takeovers). They haven't caused me great trouble so far. Whilst WFH switching suppliers can cause outage so reluctant to give them the *********** but this might be the last drop.

@TalkTalk Looks like your problem is pushing firewall configurations remotely overwriting mine. I cannot believe you are blocking NTP and a lot of legitimate UDP traffic in this manner.
