Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

We are really looking forward to going back to @TalkTalk for our internet. Now tv is so shockingly slow and intermittent. 3G that we get at home is faster than now tv. We hope talk talk is as good as they used to be. Got a good ish deal now we are “new customers” again.
