@TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

@TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

Talk talk- my mother's landline is not working, now for 3 weeks. She is elderly, infirm, has falls and as a consequence has an emergency call button/service also 3weeks has not worked. Numerous calls to TalkTalk and assurances to fix it but still not fixed. Appalling!

Hi @TalkTalk, when increasing our monthly bill by £12, the least you can do is provide a decent service. Not only it's impossible to keep our devices connected to the wifi, it is also impacting my work as I am still working from home. Seriously considering changing provider.

@TalkTalk As soon as the box boots up it displays "weak or lost signal" and we've tried retuning it but now it won't pick up anything. Seems odd that none of the apps work either though 🤔
