Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel, I am in my cooling off period I have wasted hours on chat with different people and still no help. I have been given the number for cancellations when I ring it asks for my home phone number or mobile I have tried both and its not working

@TalkTalk any ideas why for the past couple of months my internet connection has been the worst it’s ever been? Nothing’s changed except for my connection. It’s still in the same place in the same house and the same bill but the internet keeps dropping out or lagging.
