    @TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

    @TalkTalk Yes, with my upgraded faster fibre package the download speed is 7.7mbps and upload speed is 1 mbps. Ridiculously slow. Even slower than before the upgrade!

    @TalkTalk Hi, Yeah I’ve tried this a few times but nothing changed. It was actually fine this morning and back to normal speed but the speed has dropped right back down to under 1mbps again within the last 30 mins
