-
That'seasy (@Declankalli98) reported from Bognor Regis, England@TalkTalk We pay for a service. If you are not providing the service than why am I paying. Another day without Internet and forget you're useless online agents who take 3 hours and still don't resolve the issue.

Chris R (@SieurdePonthieu) reported from Burgess Hill, England@TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.
-
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Brighton, England@peterwalker99 Problem is, many companies’ service is so bad (BT, @phonecoop, @TalkTalk etc) that “free broadband” is likely to be as bad as, if not worse than dialup. Bring on the smoke signals…
-
Adrian Cox (@AdrianCoxMusic) reported from Burgess Hill, England@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Yes it is a constant issue, the issue is the same problem it has been every time I call but no-one does anything about it
-

TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.
-
NUV (@NUVfilms) reported@TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach I’ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and I’ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why it’s taking so long. Pls send help!
-
Reece (@_ReeceDouglas) reported@MrRoflWaffles Should see if @zeninternet operate in your area! I swapped over to them last year from TalkTalk and it's never dropped below what I pay for! their customer service is incredible too whenever I've called (Payment issues)
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.
-
Sue White (@SueWhite2014) reportedThank you to Sibonelo, the TalkTalk representative who finally resolved my issue after more fruitless phone calls. He was more than helpful and efficient. Thank you.
-
Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!
-
Susan 💜🤍💚 (@HoneybourneFarm) reported@theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's such a pain! Finally managed to speak to an "expert" at Talktalk. They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
-
Honor Barnes UK (@HonorUkb) reported@TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
-
Luciano Di'Napoli (@LucianoDiNapol5) reported@Lesleyae51 Really? Ive just left Talktalk and moved to Virgin, hope I dont have the same problems....
-
Michael Trew (@MichaelTrewYork) reportedTalkTalk broadband was great but we’ve changed provider. Their customer service is the opposite of their broadband. Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on today’s call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.
