The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
