But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
